AVIVA Forth Worth is not quite as new, but the one thing that I was impressed with is how active the residents were and how involved they were with each other. You could see that they really enjoyed being together. They have a pool, a beautiful courtyard, and covered parking, which was nice for me. They had nice rooms; it's clean and didn't stink. This one was nice, even though it was older. What I liked about them is the fact that the residents really liked to decorate the hallway around their apartment. When you walk down the halls, you get the feel of all the different personalities of the people living there; it was just kind of fun. I only met the salesperson. Even though the facility is older, they do a good job.

I haved lived at Trinity Courtyards for two yearss and just renewed for two more years. I have been completely satisfied with the material things that it provides such as planned actives ( the dinners, games, movies, transportaion, monthly information publication) but especially for the kindness and thoughtfulness of the rersidents that made me feel welcome. The staff have been very prompt to meet any need that arose. I have not regretted a single day of my new home.

I toured the Trinity Courtyard. It was expensive for my budget. I liked the activities, they have it on a monthly calendar. The apartment itself was very, very nice, roomy, beautiful, really. Excellent staff. The room was clean. It was spacious. They have a beauty shop, a pool, they have a refrigerator, a nice kitchen, everything. They had a pet park. They had a little putting green out in the yard. They have card games because some people were playing cards or doing something, and I'm sure it's the usual bingo and things like that.

I toured Trinity Courtyard, the general appearance is fine, and probably everything is fine, but I just don't feel that I'm to the point where I ought to be in an area like that. The staff was very nice and very helpful. Everybody has their own meals, they do potlucks, but they do not actually do meals there. They have exercises, a computer room, library, and a family room, but it's not what I want. I did not really observe any activities, and nothing seemed to be going on while I was there.

Trinity Courtyard has a really nice lobby, and it has a courtyard in the middle with a big pool and fountain at the side. It had an area to walk around and a really big grassy area in the outdoors. When you first go in, it’s got a balcony and a staircase. It was decorated really nice with Victorian chairs; it was luxurious, but the price was not too bad. It was more apartment like complex. As far as a retirement place, it looked really nice, and the apartments were really large. We looked at a 2-bedroom, and it had a step-in shower.

Trinity Courtyard was pretty nice but a bit too far away. It was an excellent, attractive, large, and nice facility. They're very friendly. They had a pool and a billiards room. It was really nice. The lady was fine, but she's probably new, and it wasn't her job to do tours. She was just stepping in, but she was a very nice lady.

Trinity Courtyard is a nice place. It has a lovely dining area, but they do not serve meals. It's like living in an apartment. I could see no one interacting with anyone else when I went over there. It's just not what I wanted.
