I liked that Heritage Place has activities, a library, two meals a day, and that they clean the resident's rooms. They have a terrace for them to sit on so there's plenty of space outside the apartment. They have plenty of meals to choose from and if they didn't like what was on the menu, they have a steady menu of chicken fingers and burgers that they could have. They give the residents an activity schedule. They have games, movies, and music. The people we met there were very nice.

I went to visit Heritage Place. It was lovely, nice, and pleasant, and the people were also pleasant. The staff that we met there were very caring and concerned. We saw their apartments, they were lovely and nice, roomy, and clean. But the price wasn't feasible for me, it was out of my range. I've seen the complete facility and their facilities were lovely. It was very clean and fresh. It had a beauty salon where you had to make appointments. Their spaces outside were well taken care of, and the staff was with the residents.

I toured Heritage Place. The staff was expecting me. They were very cordial. They explained things to me. They took me around and toured the assisted living area, and they introduced me to the nursing staff. The facility itself was nice and clean and nothing in the hallways that can make a patient fall or anything like that. It was just exceptional as far as I'm concerned. They have a salon so that the ladies can get their hair and nails done. They have a nice lunchroom. The entranceway was very warm and welcoming and had a receptionist direct me to the person that was going to show me the facility. It was just very accommodating. The staff were good. I met the nursing staff and the people that would be assisting my loved one and they were very warm and welcoming.

We've chosen Heritage Place for my mom, and she's moving in the first of the year. I liked everything about it. Everybody was nice and helpful. They had a gym, a salon, transportation services, and they had activities. The place was very clean.

Heritage Place was beautiful and clean, and the staff interacted very well with the residents. The one who assisted me with the tour was very professional and very knowledgeable. He knew all his residents by their first names. They have a gym and a salon that comes in twice a week. The nurses' station is not just a regular nurses' station, the whole facility has a home atmosphere.

Heritage Place was a very nice place and very positive. They had a lot of things for the residents to do, and it was nice, clean, and friendly. The rooms were very nice. We walked through the whole building. The layout was nice. They had different socials and get-togethers during the day and exercise classes.

Heritage Place was very nice. It was well maintained, had good staff, and was just an awesome place. It is somewhere that I would enjoy being. I liked the apartments. They were very nice. Everybody that I met and talked to was very friendly and very helpful. I think I would enjoy their activities. There was so much to do.

The Heritage Place was really nice. It seemed to be something that my dad would like. They have the kitchenette that he likes. He does not need assisted living, and he can still do a lot of stuff on his own. They offer enough benefits and a variety of things that when we talked to him about it, he said he would be interested in living there. It was very clean. The only thing (and I think a lot of elderly people might have issues with) is that it's a high rise type of thing. My dad had stents in his leg. It's really hard for him to get around sometimes. Maybe if it's one level, it would be the perfect place. We only met two people: the check-in, and the tour guide (a person who represented a marketing person). They seemed to be very, very nice. They were nice and informative.

We went to Heritage Place to do the tour, and my mom's already got the keys to her apartment. The people in there were friendly, and the apartment was a good size. She got a 1-bedroom apartment and it was way bigger than what we thought it was going to be, so she was happy with that. They showed us around, they took us to the laundry room, to the dining room, even down to the loading dock where we would have to bring our furniture and stuff in. They were really helpful, they met us at the door and did everything they told us they were going to do. The staff who gave the tour was very, very nice. She went above and beyond trying to help my mom, because my mom's a little bit older and set in her ways, and she was good with her. We went into the dining room while they were eating, and they told us that night they were having lobster with parmesan. I asked them, "What if they don't eat seafood?" And she said they have three meat options every night, so they get to choose what they want to eat. The building is a little bit older, but they have it clean. On the second floor, they have a big open indoor courtyard thing where they all go down and play bingo and do other things down there.

Heritage Place seemed to be a real fine community. The residents are friendly, and the staff members are extra friendly. I had no problem with the paperwork that I had to do, and they were very helpful in that. It wasn't long before I decided if whether this would be the place for me. It's a beautiful place inside and out. They have park scenery outside. They have a place for you to walk and exercise. So that's what attracted me to Heritage Place. The staff members were very communicative and caring.

I am a friend of the resident. I check on the resident weekly. Majority of the time I visit, the staff appears friendly and professional. I visited 8/21/2021, I found the resident sitting in chair watching TV. I checked the bathroom and there was feces on the toilet seat. I inquired about this. The resident stated, " normally the CNA will take care of that. This particular person never try to help do anthing. She told me it was for me to help myself. I also asked the cleaning lady would she come by my room to clean it. She never showed up." I struggled with this all night and woke up this morning with this on my mind. I can not keep quiet. This is unexceptable! If these two people do not want to do their job,; maybe, they need to look for another job. No visit or family member should have to come in to a facility to visit a love one and have to clean too when people are getting paid to do that.

We put down a deposit and moved my mother's things into Heritage Place. We chose the independent living side. It's nicely appointed. They have a beautiful dining room and patio where the residents can spend time. A lot of the residents sit out in front of the facility in a covered area. They have a nice way to check in; it's computer based. The staff seems friendly, and everybody we came in contact with -- the people who live there and the staff -- were very nice. There were some residents playing the piano and singing patriotic songs because it was Fourth of July weekend when we were there. They have a wine night on Friday evenings that the residents seem to enjoy, and people come and go. They have a parking lot right out front for the residents with cars. For the people who can't drive, they have a van that has a nice schedule. The schedule for events is always posted for the next two days. It's always in the elevator for the residents to see. We didn't eat there, but we've heard good things about the food. Two meals per day are included, or you can pay for a third. It seemed very nice, and it was a good location for my mother.

I was happy with the accommodations at Heritage Place. I found it to be clean, and they seemed very professional. It's not brand new, but it looked well kept and maintained. I was given a full list of all the amenities there. We went through the brochure, and I got to see a good portion of what's available there. I was shown the dining room. It wasn't in full use at the time, but it looked very usable and clean. We pretty much went through everything that was in the book. I had a lot of questions, and they were able to answer them. The staff who showed me around was very informative, and she listened extremely well. I appreciate that she has actually reached back out to me, because she understood that I was trying to compare what I can get in North Carolina with what I can get in Pittsburgh. She's actually reached back out to me to see how my comparison is going. I was very happy in dealing with her. It felt homey.

My mom is already in Heritage Place. She likes it a lot. She's having a little bit of issues with the air conditioning. Her carpet is completely soaked right now because it's not working very well right now, but they're taking care of it. They're doing a really good job and taking care of it and making sure that everything is good. She has two meals a day and they provide linen service once a week. She has the pendant. They call her twice a day from the front desk to make sure that everything is OK. They provide transportation to places like Wal-Mart, and they have transportation to doctor's appointments (if she needs it). If I want to, I can have a meal with her. My mom loves the food. I think the staff have a few areas they can work on; nobody's perfect. They have some activities. I think all these places charge way too much for what they're giving.

My mom was at Heritage Place. She had an apartment all by herself. The food there was very good. They had a lovely dining room, and they had a menu to choose from. They had entrees, vegetables, and desserts. It was like going to a very nice restaurant. It was delightful. That was one of the nicest things about this place. It was just a nice place to live in and a nice place to visit. I went there every day while she was there. Once a week, they would go shopping somewhere. They would go to Wal-Mart, to Target, and various places. They could also garden. They had a lot of activities, and they had an activity director. They made jewelry and they planted stuff. They kept the residents there very busy. If they want to do it, they could. If they didn't, they didn't have to, but something was going on every day. The staff was wonderful. I felt like they like the job, and they like the people that they've worked with. They were delightful. Everybody there was nice, happy, helpful, and wonderful people. They were all wonderful.

Heritage Place was very nice. I was quite impressed with the staff. They're nice, very clean, and very friendly. I saw a 1-bedroom and a studio. They were efficient. The layout was good. They have a workout room, but my mom is not using anything like that. They have activities for the seniors like bingo and little games. They have a patio and a lounge. The facility was well maintained.

I looked at Heritage Place. They did a very good job with the tour, and all the staff members were very friendly. I like the convenience of having meals available on the property. They have things to do, and I like the easy access. It was fine. The rooms were way too small for me, but the facility was very clean. They had a nice seating area on each floor.

We chose Heritage Place for my dad, and he's moving there soon. The tour was very friendly, very informative, and very helpful. He chose a studio apartment with a nice patio, but it's very small. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. It's clean. We chose it for location, and it's affordable for us.

I went on a tour at Heritage Place Fayetteville and got lots of information. It seems like it would be a good place. They had a dining area, and the staff said that once everything gets lifted they will have socials and trips for their clientele. Right now, a lot of the things that they have available aren't available because of the pandemic. The apartment that I saw there was nice, it was not small and not too big, it was just the right size. They were doing construction and that was the only issue that I had. The staff was very nice. Because they were doing construction, there were a couple of things they were working on, and there were facilities they had closed off.

I was very impressed with Heritage Place. Everything was great, but they were all in their 80s and 90s. There were no 55 or 60-year-old people, and I need to be where there are active people. There was nothing wrong with the facility. They had some very good activities for people. The care was there, and the people were clean. The facility was very clean even though it's an older facility. I just would not feel comfortable being with senior people. They would take them out to places that they want to go to like Wal-Mart, the drug store, and on tours. They had church services, different activities, bingo club, and card club.

We're in the process of moving into Heritage Place. The staff and the people are very friendly. The food is great. The rooms are nice and relatively new. They remodeled them to keep them that way. They have a variety of options from studios up to 2-bedroom, 2-baths. We have two rooms. My husband is in a handicapped studio and I am in a 1-bedroom. They have a lot of activities. They have a bus to take you shopping and to appointments. They have a small gym with free machines. The big thing for me is that it is right next door to my church, so I don't need a car to get to church.

Heritage Place had very nice facilities. They did have the assisted, but I was familiar with the independent living where you had your own room. They prepared your meals, so it was like you were on your own, but they also looked after you. It’s very clean.

My mom is in Heritage Place. We chose it because her sister has been there, and she knows all about it. The staff has been very nice to her. They are very good. The rooms and the dining area are very nice. Momma says the food is good. The have activities like a dance where they bring in a band and they have the residents involved in that. They play bingo. They have bible study. They have wheel of fortune. They just have a lot of different activities, and they have it posted where she can pick what she wants to do. The neighborhood is good. There are several purchases right around it. My mom likes it there, and I recommend it.

Heritage Place was really nice, but at that time, they didn't have a single available for my father.  It was a little bit older, but it looked like a very good place.  The staff seemed very confident and very nice.

My grandmother is in Heritage Place. The staff was very friendly. The rooms are very nice and spacious. The food is very good, and my grandmother is very happy with it. The dining room is very clean. They have a lot of games. They have activities listed on the elevator that they change every day for the residents to be able to see. They have exercise groups, bingo, and wheel of fortune. They go out to grocery shops and things like that. This is the independent living. So, they have a lot more freedom and are able to do more because of the type of care. It has independent living and assisted living. My grandmother qualifies for independent living. The place is very secure. They always have someone at the front desk. You have to sign in and sign out. What impresses me most is the way they have it set up, and they offer everything that my grandmother needs.

I chose Heritage Place for my aunt because of what they have to offer, the payment plan is easy, and she knows people in there. They have the care that my aunt needs. It is perfect. We're not that far, it is only 5 miles away. The staff is very good. They do well with others that need assistance and they do well with others that don't. They know their residents very well. The rooms are very nice and very comfortable. We're thrilled. The menu is very good. They have lots of exercise. They have something for everyone. My aunt is very pleased. I would recommend this facility.

I am a friend or relative of a resident

My mother-in-law was in Heritage Place for about 11 months before she died. It was an excellent place, but it cost every time she had to stay there. They had apartments that they could live in, and a nurse would come by and check on them. Her caregiver was good. When she needed someone, there was always someone there. Then she was in the total care part, where she couldn't keep her own medicine. She was in bed so that she could not get up by herself. She would ring a bell, and it notified the nurse when she got up so that they would know to come and help her. We would go in at different times, and she was never dirty; she was always clean. They were very patient with her and with her pills. They were very good to her there. They worked with the family. My sister-in-law had control mostly of the decisions about her care, and they cooperated with my sister-in-law with everything. I have nothing but good things to say about them. If I had to make a decision, I would definitely feel comfortable with Heritage Place.
