My dad enjoyed our tour at Vintage Brook Senior Apartments. The place was very nice. The staff was very nice. It looked clean. It was more like a forest kind of feel there, so the ambiance was really nice. The staff who toured us was helpful and kind in her mannerisms and everything. The tour was good. They had a gym. They had activities in the community center. They had a swimming pool and a jacuzzi that is open seasonally. Those were some of the things that stood out.

Staff is rude and unprofessional. At least one is leaving us which is wonderful news. There have been 8 managers in the 13 years I have been here. This last one was on a power trip and looked down on the tenants as though the were inmates in the asylum. Rents are unmanageable for anyone on a fixed income. The "Affordable" they advertise makes me wonder whose income they are talking about. Over a $200.00 per month raise in 2 years. My car was stolen, the screen taken off my window, and things stolen off my patio. Asking about security cameras we are told they will not spend the money for them and tenants are not allowed to attach anything to the building surfaces so we can't provide our own. Even Concord police have said the fence is decorative but unsafe because anyone can just hop over. The city of Concord does not have lower rents available for their fixed income seniors so Vintage Brook has us locked in as it is funded under HUD. I used to like it here but my feelings get more negative each year. If you can afford the rent and the lack of caring about their tenants be my guest.

Yes it's a very nice place to live, that is if you don't mind your car being occasionally broken into, your apartment being broken into, plus the rent increases. Other then that it's a very nice senior complex. I might add, that this complex is suppose to be a low income senior community, well when I moved here my rent was 913 dollars a month (hence, why I moved here), and since then I have had 5 rent increases. Today all of us in this complex just got a rent increase again from 1098.00 dollars a month to 1238.00 dollars a month starting July 1st. So, if you want to move here, make sure you can afford it. Very poor management, since I have lived here we have gone through 3 managers. They only last 2yrs here, they either get fired or quit. And the ones that do manage here are very rude and inconsiderate. They treat the seniors around here as though they were still in elementary school. Nothing gets fixed, I have been waiting to have my garbage disposal fixed now for 5 months now. its still broken. My toilet won't stop running unless you take the top off the back and push the plunger down with your hand. Trash bins are always overflowing, they only have one trash bin in the trash area of this complex. As far as low income, think again your rent gets raised every year. I don't think corporate here knows the meaning of a government tax bracket for low income seniors.

Vintage Brook is very nice and gated. It has convenient stores nearby and groceries. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Mom enjoys bingo, and they have exercise classes, too.

Awful. The management is rude and treats tenants like their are children rather than senior adults. Any normal wear or tear on apartments in placed on seniors as if they did it intentionally. Ana, the manager, is hardly ever in the office. I have not once been ever to catch her in the office and have tried at multiple times of day and days of the week. When she does respond by phone or email, she's one of the most inconsiderate, rude, unhelpful people I've ever spoken w/. My Mother is a current tenant and as soon as her lease has concluded, I will be moving her to a new location.

I moved at Vintage Brook three months ago. My aunt used to live here and she spoke very well of this place. I can't speak highly enough of this facility. I am really happy here. It's a well-maintained, people-friendly facility. I am completely happy with the pool, spa, gym, and the computer room. The facility is clean with beautiful landscaping. I have nothing bad to say about this place. I plan on staying here for a few years until I fully retire. I am completely 100% satisfied with everything here. I'm in a one bedroom apartment. When I moved in it was completely repainted with new carpeting. It looked just like a brand new apartment. I am completely happy with this that's why I took it right away. I participate in bingo games, they have poker club, and they have a banquet where we all cook. They have quite a bit of things here.
