Holiday Whispering Chase

I liked the layout of the apartment I saw in Holiday Whispering Chase. It's a beautiful independent living facility. The sales rep we had yesterday was just charming. The people that I met were all fantastic, too. For activities, it looked like they had a lot of things. I liked the fact that they have communal dining to get to know the people. They have a nice pool table, some poker tables, a library, and a bunch of other stuff. They also have transportation, although I have my own vehicle. It's a very clean facility, and the people there were all very nice. The parking availability was great, too. They have some garages that you can rent, but there's a waiting list for that right now.

My relative has moved into Whispering Chase. We appreciate the cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff and the room size. It's very modern-looking and has a cruise liner motif. It's very unique and there are lots of artwork. They have patios on each of the suites. They have a very nice, large dining room, as well as a family room and family dining room. It is a very modern-looking facility. The dining room is great and the service is great, but the quality of food isn't as high as what it could be. I know that they have a number of activities throughout the day, and my relative has participated in some. I'm very satisfied with what they offer.

Whispering Chase seemed like a great community. We saw some pieces that the residents were drying out for their art activity, and I was impressed by how clean the place was. The dining room was very nice too. They were trying to convince us to do independent living and how we could get all the services dad would need in an ala carte type of thing. We liked the idea of having RNs and doctors available for independent living, and that they would be checking the residents, but we just felt like it would be more stable if dad would be in an assisted living. However, it was very helpful to know that information. The studio and one-bedroom they showed us looked very clean and nice. They had a pretty guarded area and the place was well maintained.

I visited Whispering Chase, and I think it's a very nice place. The two staff people that we met were really nice, very knowledgeable, and very friendly. We were shown a 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom apartments. They were really nice and clean. It was very well kept and was handicap accessible. The ones that were shown to us have small decks that my parents could get out to and sit outside. They have a library, laundry facilities, and a chapel. There were lots of other amenities and things where they can sit down for classes or craft rooms, things like that. They're all really nice. They had a courtyard, and it looks like maybe in the back. They also have an area in the front of the building where they can sit outside on rocking chairs or lounge chairs. It's really, really nice. We were shown the dining room, but we didn't eat.

Whispering Chase was very nice and accommodating for seniors. I didn't see anything problematic. My mom would've been happy there. The staff was very professional and did a really good job.

Whispering Chase was a nice place. It was clean, fairly modern, the food was reasonable, but the price was exorbitant. We saw one 2-bedroom, which was nice and had enough space for a single person. The person who showed us around was great.

Whispering Chase is beautiful, well taken care of, and lovely. I want to move in there myself. My mom is moving there. The staff members are all very friendly and very helpful. They're nice people. I like them all. I have made friends with a couple of them now because I have been spending a lot of time there. The dining room staff, enrichment coordinator, and office manager are all great. I'm happy with the place. The food is good.

Whispering Chase is a beautiful place and relatively new, but it is built in the Northeast ridge of Cheyenne, which is right in the middle of headwinds. Almost everyone I saw there had walkers. They have elevators, and the halls and doorways are big. Everything is built for someone who is in a wheelchair. It looks like a hotel and was well kept up. You can go around the community and go to the doctor or the symphony easily because of the location.

Right now, I am staying in Whispering Chase. The best thing here is the people, both those who work here and those who live here. As far as I can tell, our oldest resident is 98, and I am only 57 and still have my marbles in the same basket right now. It is an extremely enjoyable to have conversations with these people who have gone through WWII and The Great Depression. They have activities like Wii games, arts and crafts, and bingo. Right now, they have a dance going on downstairs. There is as much or as little here as you want to do. As much as an individual wants be active, there is a lot to do. If you want to sit in your room the whole time, that is OK, too. They have good food and are working on changing the menu to incorporate more variety. They have good, extremely friendly chefs.

My father is in a location. It is independent living with third party caregiving. It is called Whispering Chase. It is awesome. It is wonderful. It is like a hotel. They have a lot of activities going on all the time. There are over 110 people there. My father likes it. He is doing fine there. The staff is wonderful. They are very friendly and very professional. They know what they're doing. Whispering Chase is also very affordable.

The best thing about Whispering Chase was that the place seemed pretty secure. From what I saw when I had a visit there, the facility seemed very nice. The rooms were very nice.

I feel that my previous review was extremely rash, not knowing the facts that relate to the day to day operations of such a friendly community. The staff and current residents have come together as a family and have proven that negative ignorate opinions hold no truth in current management. There has been only one eviction at Whispering Chase to date, and was well warranted due to extremely violent behavior by the resident and overbearing family members who felt that an inexperienced housewife could run the multi-million dollar community as if it were a cheap hotel. With very little effort, I can honestly say I was completely wrong and apologize to anyone who might have read my previous posting. My advice would be to visit W.C. and fall in love with the people as I have.

Absolutely do NOT come to live at Whispering Chase. The management keeps residents in terror of eviction if they are critical. Since August there have been at least 5 evictions that I know of. To say that this corporation is dysfunctional is putting it mildly.
