Emblem Alpharetta only offers independent living and they don't offer as many services that other communities do. I think they've recently changed management so they're in the process of updating. They don't offer food so there's no central restaurant. They've just changed staff and the new ones are not very friendly. They're doing a job but they don't seem to establish a relationship with the residents. We're also currently dealing with some pests in my mom's apartment that they just can't seem to get rid of. There are not many activities but in fairness to them, it may be because they've recently transitioned. This facility used to offer periodic transportation and they've done away with that. They used to offer some fitness classes too and I think, because of the pandemic, they've slowed it down but even before the pandemic, they didn't reinstitute any of that. So overall the activities are minimal.

Great location just around the corner from North Point Mall, Avalon and Downtwon Alpharetta. They just renovated and it looks great. Definately should consider looking at this place.

Parc Alpharetta was OK but not as nice as other places and more expensive. The kitchen had older appliances and white cabinets. The apartment was not large.

We moved mom to Parc in Alpharetta last August. We chose it because we needed a facility that was independent living because she wasn't really ready for assisted living. It has been a very positive move for my mom. It gave her a community of people within her age. Moving her has given her an opportunity to socialize. They play card games, outings, and potluck dinner. The positive thing about this facility is the security. The community is gated. They have to have a pass to come in. Every single door is locked and no one is allowed to come in unless she has a pass. It has great security and it also has a covered parking. Mom has one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen and it's very nice. It also has a full-sized bathroom which is handicap friendly. The apartments are also up-to-date and fairly new about 5 or 6 years old. The facility has a fantastic location as it is centrally located in Alpharetta. She is very close to the mall and a lot of shopping.
