I toured Inspired Living at Alpharetta. What I like best about it is its location. Although it was right next to a highway, it was kind of tucked away in the woods, which is kind of a weird juxtaposition. You could turn the ride at certain times of year and you can see the highway. I'm sure you can hear the highway, too. But it's tucked away off of a busy road. You kind of turn off of the busy road, and then you drive like a half a mile through the woods, and then you finally come out to the only thing that's back there, and that's the Inspired facility. So it's kind of hidden and kind of private. What I liked least about it is that on one particular level I was not a fan of the rooms on one particular side downstairs, but on the ground level one side the building looks out over some grounds, the pool, and outdoor facilities on one side. But on the other side you're looking at a retaining wall. So I didn't like the rooms on that side where the retaining wall was. It reminded me too much of being in a basement. The person that gave me the tour was wonderful. We had an opportunity to talk to the rehab director and he was great. He was fantastic. He had helpful advice regarding therapy for my parents, especially for my dad who really needs it right now.

I went to Inspired Living at Alpharetta. The facility was beautiful. It was very clean. It was very nice. They had therapists and doctors on site, so that was pretty nice. That is something we're not used to in Mississippi, so that is a good thing. The rooms were really nice. I saw several of the rooms. I like the fact that they cater the bathroom area to a person that needs that. There's no stepover things in the shower, it's just a walk in. You don't have to step over the edge or anything like that. It was also very roomy. You could get a wheelchair in there if you needed to. I liked that they worked to get their residents out of their rooms on a daily basis, and I think that's important. They did a really good job with the tour. The staff who gave the tour was very knowledgeable. She was able to answer most of our questions, and those that she couldn't answer she got answers for. She was very proactive when it came to answering questions and getting information for us. We looked at the dining area and saw their menus. Another plus was that they had their own kitchen staff people. They don't outsource that. They cook it there and they have their own chef, so that's a big plus. The place was gorgeous, very clean, and very nice. We looked out back and they got a pool and everything back there, so that was nice.

Inspired Living at Alpharetta was clean. It's a nice place. They have very friendly staff and it seems like they care a lot. I ate there and it was really good actually. It's not like cafeteria food. It's chef-prepared meals. They also have a pool, a library, a salon, and everything.

I liked Inspired Living at Alpharetta. One thing about Inspire is they have a nice outside. Like, let's say you wake up in the morning, you just want to go sit outside in the front. They have tables out there and chairs, so that was nice. And they have music, piano, they have people come in and play live music for the residents. They have events over there, real nice events that they can look forward to, because when you're older, you want to be able to look forward to something. They have a nice dining area. The staff is friendly.

Inspired Living at Alpharetta was a very nice, new facility. It seemed very well maintained. The buildings and grounds were well maintained. The views looking out the windows were great. The menus looked good. I didn't taste the food, but I did see it. They had two plates out there for me to view, and they looked very edible and very good food. They had a lot of activities on their calendar. When we were there, there was a movie going on in the movie room.

I think I am choosing Inspired Living at Alpharetta for my husband. I was impressed with it. It was a very lovely place and the apartments were large. The living space was a game changer for me. Everything was inclusive. They had everything - physical therapy, activities, dining whenever you want to. You can go down and order from a menu and it's pretty much open from 8 A.M. to 7 P.M. They had a theater, a hair salon, and a nail salon. They have a lot of rooms that don't overlook any outside. There was a wall and a sidewalk beside it where you could put seating arrangements out there so you could go out there and sit. You are outside, but you can't see anything except the sky. The staff who assisted me with the tour was very accommodating and very warm. She was just welcoming me to ask any questions and to look at anything. The wellness director came in while I was in the conference room, and we talked. And then the regional director came in and met me and talked to me a little bit, and I got the approval right there. I was very, very grateful for that.

Inspired Living at Alpharetta was very nice and very clean. Everyone was very friendly. It was a place that most people would love to be in their retirement years, but it's not something that most people can afford. They have everything you can think of. There's a pool, rehabilitation, housekeeping, routine care, and a beautiful dining area. It had pretty scenery.

We looked at Inspired Living at Alpharetta's memory care, it was nice and fairly sizable. We met with the sales director and also with the executive director, they were all nice and informative. The dining area was spacious, it looked clean and it was nice. We saw the model room, it was very nice, it was an L-shaped room that was nicely appointed. There was enough space in there. They had a pool, a workout room, they had an exercise room, but I didn't see a specific room for physical therapy. The maintenance, from what I saw, appeared to be excellent. I didn't see anything that would give me pause or any issues.

I visited Inspired Living at Alpharetta, and I liked everything. The staff was so friendly. The place was super clean, with no foul smell. It looked like a five-star hotel; it was very nice. The room is beautiful, like Hilton Hotel. They have a small kitchen and a full-sized refrigerator. The staff is awesome. Everybody looking for one should go there. They have everything, they even have a theater inside there. They offer free breakfast, lunch, and dinner. From what I read, any time they say they want some food, they give it to them. It's not that this is lunch, and this is dinner time. It was available upon request. The place was so clean, so beautiful.

Inspired Living at Alpharetta Location is great, but it felt more like a nursing home than assisted living. She was very passionate, and explained the process, I appreciated her time being very thorough, detail-oriented, and covering every question. It looked well-maintained.

I thought Inspired Living at Alpharetta was absolutely beautiful. It had an open layout and friendly people. I love the variety of options at the residents' houses. The staff was lovely -- not just the executive director and the sales director but also the concierge and all of the people we met along the way. I was able to check out the menu; it looked delicious and appetizing, but I was not able to try it. The design and layout of the rooms are gorgeous. Its focus on individual dignity and comfort is reflected in the layout. There was a pool and lots of outdoor spaces that were really beautiful, and people were taking advantage of that. There was an amazing library; it felt to me like there were more spaces to use than usual. It felt like there were more common areas and meeting places than what I see in most assisted living facilities. You have more choices when it comes to what you want to do in your day and how you would spend your time. It was exercise time when I went, and the instructor was kind, energetic, and encouraging. The other thing I noticed is that they were very intentional and transparent about having an array of activities that not only reached the physical but also reached you on a mental level to challenge you in different ways, not just physical movement.

I like Inspired Living at Alpharetta because the people seemed friendly, it was bright, and the cost was reasonable. The facilities were more what I was looking for as far as my mother's room, because I wanted a one-bedroom and not a studio. It also has memory care. That's another reason I chose it, because it had both assisted living and memory care, and I could see them both. My mother hasn't had her assessment yet, but I know memory care is not too far down the line, and I wanted it to be in the same facility. I also think she likes the food there. The apartment was nice. My mother only has a left arm down to her elbow, so they worked with me to find a room where the toilet was on the right-hand wall so she still could use the handholds. It was very big, the showers were more easily accessible than where she is now, and she got a bedroom. It has a handicap-accessible sink for her, but she has never had that before, and I don't think we really needed it. They have freshly painted everything, the carpet looks new, there are ceiling fans, and she has big windows that open. The menus looked good. I like that they had physical therapy on site, outdoor areas she can go to, and a theater. So far, I've only met their sales coordinator, their executive director, and their concierges, and I really like them. Everything was clean, too.

My parents have lived at Inspired Living for almost a year. They have made friends with residents and staff. They are served a variety of good food and also enjoy all the activities and entertainment. It has been a hard year dealing with Covid restrictions. I'm thankful they have kept my parents safe and healthy while trying to allow them freedoms here and there and keep them engaged and active. My family is very thankful our parents live at Inspired Living!

My sweet father lived here a total of 37 days. when he went to the hospital and later into hospice there was not a single call from anybody in this facility showing any concern for him or his family. They gladly kept our $10,000 deposit for 37 days with never of offer of nothing in return. On my dad's last day there when he was in very poor health a helper wanted to help my dad take his dog out and they were told no you don't do it he has to do it. Even after a year I am just livid when I think about this. The fob we thought was great but when it was used no one ever came there was an instance when Dad was there when a woman was stranded on her floor for over an hour trying to get somebody to reach her and help her up. The activities look great on the bulletin board, but in reality they never took place at least while my dad was there. so you pay top dollar for very mediocre food oh by the way you have to buy your own low sodium bacon can you believe that the food was salty never warm. We found the director cold and aloof. Front desk staff was wonderful as where the maintenance men. I would suggest you keep on looking for someplace for your loved ones.

I really liked Inspired Living at Alpharetta assisted living. In fact, it was my favorite. I liked the room, facilities, and everything they had to offer. The person who showed us around was very good, and we really enjoyed the tour. They had a nice, cute, little movie theater, a swimming pool, and a lot of recreation rooms like a card and TV room. The place itself was nice and clean. The people looked happy there. I really thought it was a great place. It also looked like they had really good dining choices, and I like that they have other options if you don't like what they're serving.

Facility looks good on the outside, but beware; it's a trap. It's just a nice show. They are sorely understaffed and very poorly managed. Patients buzz for help but there is no response. They wait hours with no response. Director has been notified many times. She makes excuses for everything, including blaming the patients, but does not resolve the problems.
