I went to Holiday Quail Run Estates. They showed me some nice cottages out there, one- and two-bedrooms with a garage on a couple of them, and some without garages. It was very clean and the security looked good. The staff was good. The facility was decent. It's just a long way off from where I am now.

Mom is at Holiday Quail Run Estates. Everyone is very nice and the property is very nice. The food is pretty good. She has a studio with a full shower. She has a fridge (she doesn't have a full kitchen). They have concerts, arts and crafts, bingo, and movie nights.

I liked Holiday Quail Run Estates. They're working on trying to find what I need. I spoke with a lot of the residents when I visited there and everybody was happy and loved the place. Their staff was amazing and the food was amazing. The dining area was just elegant. The apartments were cozy and clean. They're doing renovations right now so it would be really lovely. I'm familiar with the activities since my mother-in-law lived there before and they had quite a few things to do and she loved it. Everything was wonderful.

Holiday Quail Run Estates was nice. There were lots of stuff for the elderly people to do. They offered a lot of things to try to make people feel welcome. It was a great place. The staff was very friendly, answered all of the questions that we had, and was accommodating. The dining hall was nice. It had a waitress and everything. There were lots of choices and lots of people there. The food was good. They gave all of us a free meal just so we could try it and it was good. There's a pool table, a couple of libraries, and TV rooms. There was a huge calendar with events that were happening every day. They mentioned something about having even bands come in. It was a little bit expensive, but everything else was good.

Quail Run Estates was very nice. Their rooms were a good size. They had a laundry room on each floor. The lady that gave the tour was very decent, very nice, and very pleasant. They had a little courtyard in the back and little verandas off of the apartments that you could go out on.

I went to Quail Run Estates. It's a gorgeous place. It seems like it's well-run, very well kept, and very clean. It looks like they are very well organized for activities for the adults. It's very well done, especially the program. Every day they always have something to do with the residents. Mostly I spoke with the person that runs the place. She seemed to be very meticulous and very giving. She spent a couple of hours with me to show me around. It was great. They have reading groups, they have a fitness center, they take them out to the movies, they play board games with them, and they run errands with them. It's pretty well run. And then they also have activities during holidays, too. I was impressed that they also have a board of veterans that reside in that place. They posted pictures of them like veterans of the year or whatever the case may be. It was really good; it was very nice. I only met two staff, and I met the supervisor. They were both very attentive, they explained all the details, and they gave me a welcome aboard packet.

I went and toured Quail Run Estates. There's no problem with the upkeep, the overall facilities, and the amenities. There's a single bedroom apartment with closet space, living area, and kitchenette area. The person who accommodated me was excellent. I can't complain about that. Her presentation was excellent. She was very sympathetic and understanding the financial considerations when she realized that it was beyond our means. There were residents in the dining room. They were sitting around reading. It was a very quiet time, so I didn't see any specific activities as far as playing games. No one was in the exercise room. Most of the people were either in their apartments or doing other things.

I toured Quail Run Estates. The staff there were knowledgeable and friendly. They answered all of our questions and followed up with phone calls after the visit to ensure they answered any other questions that we had. The facility was clean and provided amenities like a library and a dining area. The apartments were clean, and they had a variety to choose from. They had a studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom as well as private cottages.

The administrator at Quail Run Estates was very kind and very welcoming. I went back there three times. I didn't like the room, but I liked the overall facility. I liked the staff and I liked the location, but the one-bedroom that they were trying to give us was 549 square feet and it was very small. Two people in 549 square feet was just too small. It was what they were able to offer for the price point that my uncle and aunt could afford, which was very low. I was able to see a calendar and every single day they had something. I met the recreation coordinator. I saw her a couple of times there at the facility. She was always either hanging posters or fliers interacting with the residents. She was getting set up for a social. It seemed like they had quite a bit going on. She was moving and shaking.

My mother was at Quail Run Estate. She liked the food. They were understaffed there. They did not hold up their part of the bargain for weekly housekeeping and it was all due to labor shortages, so I felt the value for our money there was not a good value. She stayed there for three months. I would rate the people I dealt with a 4, but they didn't have enough people. They have bingo. They have all different various types. The facility was kind of worn down and beat up. It wasn't dirty, it was kind of beat up. They had a salon, but it wasn't manned because of staffing. They had no gym. They had a very limited courtyard. It's centrally located.

I am/was a resident of this facility

We live in Quail Run Estates, and it's all right. As far as going to a doctor, they have a bus shuttle that will take us to appointments and things like that. That's alright too, but I'd like to get closer to the rest of the family if possible. There's a problem with management, we haven't had our cottage cleaned in over a month. They've fallen way behind and nobody seems to care about what's going on here. In our contracts they're supposed to change the beddings, wash the hardwood floors, and vacuum the carpets, and that just has not been done in six weeks. Most of the staff have left; the main staff is new and have only been here a few months. They can't seem to keep help in here. They have a chef who is still here, he does a good job, and we're happy with that. The food is good; we're not getting filet mignon, but it's adequate. There's not too much activity just going on here at the present time. They put stuff on paper that they're going to do this and do that, and when somebody goes there to do it, there's only one or two people getting involved. Every year the rent has seemed to go up $200 a month, so it's kind of steep.

My sister signed a contract for Quail Run Estates and so we're all set. I visited there twice. Their offering includes three meals a day, includes maid service once a week, washing bed linens and towels and clothes. They seemed to have a lot of activities, we're not too sure of their kind of activities, that she is really, in the long run, going to enjoy, but she comes from a kind of an intellectual background. I mean, bingo, four times a week isn't going to cut it. And so we'll just have to see how it works out. We thought the décor was just fine. She got a one-bedroom and she approved of the footprint of the space, she is on the second floor and there is elevator service, of course. Everyone that greeted us was very pleasant.

My mother has been staying in Quail Run Estates. The apartments are great. We had to get some new furniture. She's happy there, and the staff is very friendly. The grounds are pretty, but she doesn't go outside. They have a lot of activities. They play bingo. They do lawn games, horse racing, and word puzzles. She complains about the food sometimes; there's not many choices. Value for the money is pretty good. They do the cleaning and housekeeping every 2 weeks because of COVID, but I think they're going back to doing it every week now.

Quail Run Estates was delightful. I like the environment, the welcoming aspect of the people who run it, and the programs they have. I would move in a minute if I was ready to do it, and they were affordable. It was 5 across the board. It was all great.

The biggest problem that I had with Quail Run Estates is the location. Everything else was fine. The staff was very friendly. The lady I spoke with was very nice, she showed me around the facility, and she gave me the information. The facilities were clean, neat, and well maintained. The layout was fine. We went up to the second floor. They had an elevator, which is fine.

I did an in person tour at Quail Run. It was good. The person I spoke to, I think her name was Adora, she was very helpful. They want a long-term commitment and I'm not in a position to make that now cause I don't know what my future is holding for me. They showed me the room that they were going, and I could see the dining area when you first come in. It was a nice facility. All I wanted was a room, I don't want the meal and everything else. I'm not ready for that. They didn't offer the room without the meals, so that's why I didn't stay there at Quail. I needed some transient care. I'm not ready for a full-time thing, and I was never told that until after they talked to me and told me the whole package. Other than that everything went well. All I wanted was the independent, but I was not able to get the independent care because they said that it has to come with a meal, and that was a problem.

Quail Run Estates looked good from the outside, but when we went to look at the rooms, they weren't situated the way I would've wanted them. The dining room was fine. The girl that brought us around was very nice. They had a library and exercises.

The girl who showed me around Quail Run Estates was wonderful. We had lunch and everything. The price is a little too high for me. The food was very good, and the dining room was pleasant. I saw them having a birthday party for a man who turned one hundred. I only saw the rooms that I can afford, but they're a bit small, although they have nice little porches.

I looked at Quail Run Estates. It's a good facility, but it's a little too pricey for my mom. It's more independent and did not have full-time service. It was a nice place that had plenty of activities. The staff was very helpful and gave me potential places to look into. It was very convenient, and the grounds looked very nice. The rooms were a good size with good-sized bathrooms and a little balcony where you could have a cup of coffee in the morning. I was happy with what I saw, but it wasn't for us.

Quail Run was clean, and the people were nice. They had a demonstration on blended food or smoothies -- that was interesting -- and it kept the people occupied or interested. The property was more than adequate for my needs.

I absolutely thought Quail Run was wonderful. The food is good, and the staff is wonderful. However, mom was home sick, she wanted to go back to New York, and she needs more care now than Quail Run has to offer. She was doing the daily exercise, she enjoys the music, and they had a fall festival, so she likes the little celebrations. There was one staff member who I really went toe to toe with, and he has been moved. I didn’t like the new policy that the managers didn’t sit in the dining room and help out with serving. A lot of the residents told me that they missed that interaction. They have a van that goes to doctor’s appointment on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

I visited Quail Run, it was very nice, and it did not feel like the facility was 20 years old. We looked at 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units; they were very nice, but there was no stove. The bathrooms were not equipped for someone in a wheelchair. The food was good, the people were very nice and very accommodating, and they asked us to come back anytime. The dining area was being remodeled.

My mother-in-law is a resident of Quail Run Estates. It’s nice, the appearance is nice, the people are friendly, and it is good. The room is perfect for her. It is a studio and has a bathroom, and everything is convenient and sufficient for her. She likes the food; she gets fed plenty. The dining room is nice, and the people are friendly, so she’s very happy. It’s a good value for the price. It’s a friendly environment, they have things to do for people to talk to other people, and the accommodations are fine. There is a place where you can get your nails and hair done. So everything is accommodating for her needs and for anybody’s.

Quail Run Estates was a really nice, refreshing place. The dining room reminded me of a hotel with outstanding staff there. It is a first-class facility. We saw the one-bedroom and the two-bedroom units. The two-bedroom has two bathrooms while the one-bedroom had a micro-kitchen area with a little microwave. The rooms were really nice. They have movies, exercises, and other stuff to do. The food I had was excellent.

We had a wonderful experience at Quail Run Estates, the lady there was very nice, and the place was very nice at all. We enjoyed the tour. They had a whole board with all the activities on for the day. We visited different parts where they can make puzzles, and they had a library. We visited two apartments, one standalone, and one in the building which were very nice. I found the place very nice as well as everybody.

The Quail Run Estates was the one that we liked best. However, it's primarily independent living, which was not a perfect fit for my daughter. They do allow physical therapists to come in who are funded by some other source. They had studio apartments and one-bedrooms and daily activities. The meals were served in the dining room every day. Everything was accessible, and the bathrooms had a tub that would be easier for a person with a disability to get into. The staff was very nice and knew the people by name. They allow dogs with certain limitations. They provide transportation. I just preferred something a little smaller than 150 people because it's easy to get lost in that number of people.

Quail Run Estates is essentially just a place for me to live. It was essentially what I was looking for at that time. They do have a dining area in their assisted living and sometimes the food leaves a lot to be desired. I haven't seen too much of the staff other than those in the cafeteria area. They do have house cleaners that come around once a week, I believe. I have only seen her once, but they have my permission to come in and do what they have to do. It is always clean. It is really independent retirement living, I am free to come and go as I please, so I don't really have to worry about what they offer for us. My apartment has its own bathroom and shower and I have a whole bed. It has got a small corridor going into the bathroom. I wouldn't really call it a corridor because it has got a closet on either side.
