The services are very good. He improved his mobility. The caregivers are polite and well-trained. They're very affectionate and ensure to understand their needs. There were issues finding a caregiver.

They have been the most helpful by providing good supervision, so I don't need to be concerned with my husband's safety. I would recommend them because I am pleased with the service.

The caregivers were very good. There were some glitches where we had people show up without us knowing they were going to be there. The main nurse showed up a number of weeks.

They could communicate, so you know who is coming at night. They could improve by having someone answer the phone after hours.

It doesn't really change a whole lot. There's memory issues. The ease of scheduling has been helpful because I work in medicine so sometimes my schedule is a little crazy. I like the ease of scheduling, communication, and so far, we've only had one staff member come to the house and it has been consistent which I like.

He needs the services at this time. He hasn't had any missed visits. I like that they are easy to reach. They always do what they are authorized to do. They don't give much push back. All the care that they give to our patients has been great.

It helps a lot to be able to go to work on short notice because she came home sooner than expected. Everything was easy to get the care we needed. The process to register was easy. The quality of the caregiver was great for my mom.

We needed more help when my wife fell and broke her hip. Without the care and attendance, I wouldn't be able to take care of my wife or have a quality of life. The caregivers are very competent. During the first three or four weeks that we had BrightStar Care, we had 18 different caregivers. I was assured they would get a team of 4-5 caregivers for our 24/7 needs. I was very disappointed when things didn't work out that way at first. Since then, things have gotten much better and we only have about five caregivers.

My husband needed someone to watch him because he is blind. The caregivers were attentive to his needs and helped him feel comfortable. The company was very cordial and they always asked questions to see if I needed any additional help.

I think it is more on my mother's end on being receptive to the health. My only wish would be that we could have someone to be a stronger personality but I think that is more of an adjustment thing. They are very responsive. I have had a small issues and they got right back to me.

They come in to help me with my bed and to clean my house. They give me a shower. They help me get off of the chair because I am sleeping on the chair. They help me to go to the car. They give me very good care.

I liked that they were able to provide me with the staff that I needed to take of my grandmother quickly. It took some of the stress off of me because I didn't have to provide constant care for my grandmother.
