We don't believe the client is safe alone, but the caregiver comes, so we don't have to be all the time. The client likes the caregiver a lot. The caregiver that is coming now is phenomenal, but the person before them was really not. She was incompetent.

The office always answers all my questions. If a problem arises, like if one of the aides calls off sick or something, the bosses have no problem filling in if I want them to. They make sure the shift is covered.
