When the current caregivers come its very good. I like that she knows my routine and does what has to be done. she gets me up and dressed and to my chair. She gets me coffee. I like that I have been pleased with my caregivers so far. We had trouble in the beginning because some of them were late and not a good match.

The RN at visiting angels was essential in taking care of my father, we had developed a close relationship with her. She would always answer my calls and would be very understanding. The owner of visiting angels took time to meet me in person and listen to me to start my dad's care plan.

It all depends on who comes out. Every one has been different. Some of the care professionals are certified home health aides and some are not. Some of them refuse to do basic things like shaving.

The services were helpful because I live about 150 miles away, and they were able to come out and check on my parents. My family aren't able to do that as often as we'd like. I would recommend Visiting Angels because I liked their flexibility in scheduling.

Every time they're around, I feel much better. They have had a positive impact because they're on time and they do what they say they're going to do. I always recommend the agency. Any time I need anybody at the VA, I talk to them about the agency and give them the phone number. I tell people that if they're getting bad service, they should call this agency. I like that they're on time.

Caregivers worked hard, People in office were lousy - left over a dozen messages and never got a ccall back. Caregivers all complained that they had the same issues and could never get ahold of the office. They sent me a card for free Veterans Day Meal and after the caregiver and I had lunc h we were informed that the ticket was expired. called the office and spoke to 2 peope who were going to look into it and call me back - that was November and it is now February. I loved my caregiver but feel that they need someone running the office with some compassion.
