The caregiver that we have makes her laugh. I've been with them 14 years, and they are consistent and reasonable. I've had 2 major caregivers the whole time.

They could make our life a little easier by not having to go so far in advance to select a caregiver and to be sure that they had a caregiver show up. I like the girls that they sent out there and that I was able to choose the ones I wanted.

The caregivers could clean more. I have several caregivers and then using their cellphones has become a problem.

Their organization and support are great; and they do a good job cleaning up and doing what they are supposed to. I like their prices, their concern for their clients, and attention to detail.
