The caregivers could have a greater impact by spending more time with the client. They could find things for her to do when I am not here like activities, games, or projects around the house that the client could help with such as working with the caregiver to do dusting or cleaning. There is nothing in particular they need to improve on. They're doing a good job. I like their courteous service. They're hardworking and on time every day.

I am 24-7 with my mom the care allows me to leave my mom with somebody, so I can do my own things. I feel familiar when the helpers come, their approach is secure, and I feel my mom will be well cared for without me being there.

I needed the help but the client has dementia, so I don't think he understands the concept of caregiving. He thinks I am one of the caregivers. He doesn't care who helps him as long as he gets the help. From my perspective, it's a great impact on my life because I needed the help. During the times my husband takes his naps, the current caregiver goes and does things around the house without me asking. I like the way they are available to me, and they listen to our needs. I like the fact that Lisa came right away to visit, meet my husband, and understood the situation.

The services have improved it greatly. I think some are better than others and some are better trained and more understanding. The caregivers have helped the client the most with everything such as all his daily needs. I like that they're all very nice women. I think most of them are very nice and helpful.
