Home Helpers of San Mateo County is owned by Peggy Milne, a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA)®, who has over 20 years of sales and marketing experience. As a CSA, Peggy has knowledge about aging and the important health, social and financial issues that affect the majority of seniors. She was inspired to open Home Helpers following the death of a family member who lived far away. She realized, and experienced firsthand, the importance of competent and compassionate in-home care. Home Helpers of San Mateo is dedicated to being the most trusted and respected provider of in home senior care in the Bay Area.

  • 24-hour Personal Emergency Response systems (PERS)
  • A Fall Sensor which detects sudden movement
  • Automated Medication Dispenser to track and ensure proper dosage and timing
  • Vital signs monitoring units including blood pressure, weight, blood glucose and pulse oximeter.

All our Direct Link products are monitored 24/7 by a CSAA Five Diamond Certified Care Center, allowing you or your loved one to reach help at the touch of a button, day or night.

Our office is locally owned and stocked enabling quick installation and personalized, ongoing support. Direct Link is available on a monthly basis with no equipment to buy and no long-term commitments or obligations.
