    Synergy is for me. It's taking care of him, so I have time for myself. I'd say it's good. They have someone here that can do the hirer lift so I can help him get in his wheelchair. It depends on the caregivers. Some aren't good. The current caregiver is good.

    The caregiver made sure my dad didn't fall when he was transitioning from his wheelchair to bed and chairs. I haven't had any problems with anyone with Synergy. The person they sent was very caring with my dad.

    If it helped him it helped us, and when a patient has dementia and one large challenge is routine, otherwise they are likely to not cooperate and they were very routine and they stuck to the routine. I liked that they were consistent with their provisions.

    It's very positive. The caregivers can relate with her and communicate and work well with her. They are in tune with her emotional needs because she does have dementia. They're good at redirecting her. Their staff is on time and professional. They keep a detailed record of the care they give my sister-in-law during the day.

    I am very happy with some of the caregivers, but we have had some difficulty with scheduling. We have not been able to get what we need from them. Some of the caregivers are incredibly responsible and dependable. I appreciate the quality that some of them are. There are some people in the office that are also very dedicated to serving us.

    Whoever came did not seem to learn how things are done in our house. They had to keep being directed. They came to help with meals, and we had continuing problems because they didn't seem to know how to cook a meal. They were not competent. They primarily were here to help out, but I would have liked them to be a little more understanding of how I felt things should be done. Things worked out okay at first. They had problems with getting a meal prepared. They put the equipment in different places than where they were taken from.

We researched our records and were unable to locate any client concerns about meal preparation or equipment location. Our caregivers strive to comply with household and medical provider requests for nutrition and housekeeping. If clients encounter any dissatisfaction, our office staff is available to assist with additional caregiver training, coaching and supervision.

    I like that they send good caregivers to help my loved one. They just have a way with my loved one and can get them to do things that others cannot. My loved one responds really well to their caregiver. Having someone there that my loved one likes and that keeps me up-to-date is really good.

    We started out with a caregiver that was great. The last caregivers were quite a problem, though. Again, the first caregiver was wonderful for my father, but the second one did things that were strange that didn't help my father's dignity.

    I hired Synergy HomeCare of Greater San Antonio for two months. The caregivers helped me watch my husband because he needed two people to make sure he didn’t fall during his exercises. There were three different caregivers who were wonderful. The agency was very nice, but they don’t have enough men working because I would have wanted a man to take care of my husband.

    I believe that SYNERGY was able match the caregiver up beautifully. They asked if I wanted somebody that is chatty or quiet. They actually sent a person that grew up close to where my mother did. The caregiver that works with my mother is from the same area. They talk recipes and cook together. The caregiver has become like family. The manager asked the right questions.

    I needed a caretaker for one night, and I used Synergy. They assigned a good, very courteous, and professional person who got here at the time we requested. The processing took a long time. They refundable deposit didn’t get processed for about three weeks. As far as the caregiver, she was excellent. She did not do housekeeping; she provided my medicines and checked and re-checked my bandages. She did all of that according to the instructions by the doctor. The person who did the presentation for their company did a very good job in identifying what services they provide; that is why I decided to go with them. I liked their presentation as opposed to others.

    warm, professional, caring in-home companion and service to our mom, who wishes to remain in her home. All at our local San Antonio Synergy have been warm, caring, and professional, and have provided much needed help to me and my siblings. Especially helpful so far has been driving Mom on errands and to appointments, grocery shopping, planning and preparing nutritious meals and snacks, helping her do her exercises, and being enjoyable company. Always available whenever we have concerns or calendar to discuss. Mom is very pleased, and is able to remain in her home as she desired.
