If my mother is sleeping, the caregiver is sweeping or rinsing dishes. She goes above and beyond. Most of the time, I am extremely comfortable in knowing that everything is great at home because these are the best hands possible. It is disappointing sometimes when I have an unusual need, but there is not much to turn to for backup support. I don't want to reflect the least bit of dissatisfaction with the main caregiver. Our main caregiver is terrific.

I liked the fact that the person who did the intake brought some caregivers over to meet my son beforehand to see how comfortable he was staying with them. I got to interview them a little bit. It can be scary to not know who the person is. One lady had a son who had a disability, so I felt like she had a lot of experience and she asked me a lot of questions, like what his routines are and if he had any behavior triggers. They were very professional.
