Reviews of Home Instead Senior Care - St. Augustine, FL

I am a current client of this provider
We have in-home care from Home Instead. It has been pretty good. The caregiver that my mom is currently using is very good. Initially, it is a different person every week, and some of them are a lot better than others, but the one she has is very good. Mom has been getting the same one every time now, which is better. The agency is good. They are easy to work with and reasonable. I guess it is hard to find people to do this type of work, but one of the caregivers will just talk all the time and does not do a whole lot, however, all others are always doing something. You have to pay them for a minimum of four hours, and the other one that comes probably talk for about an hour and a half. Maybe they can do a little better job screening and using the feedback to make sure that everybody they have is efficient and actually work. The price is reasonable.

Home Instead Senior Care is a very professional organization. I have been extremely impressed with how the St Augustine office conducts business. I always know that I can count on them the do what they say they will do. The staff is professional, on time, and reliable. The staff that I have met seem to truly love what they do and care about the people.

I am a friend or relative of a resident
Home Instead Senior Care has allowed me to take care of my wife at home for the past few years, without their help, I would have had to place my loving wife in a nursing home long time ago. They are courteous, helpful, offer great companionship for her, and provide relief for me from caregiving, which I desperately need.
