We used Kindred at Home-Pleasant Hill. They were fabulous. It was a great experience, and we'd highly recommend them. They came out to the house and did a thorough evaluation. They were prompt. They followed up on calls. They were attentive when we had questions. They sent somebody that fit my dad's needs, and we liked them.

Several caregivers took care of my father. Some deserve 5 stars, those are the ones that accepted and worked with him and he was very difficult at times and very challenging.

Program is good; very helpful to senior citizens. Used two services prior to finding Kindred. Services have gotten better at getting PCAs to the house. Follow ups have improved from before.
