They try to understand the client and what their needs are. My mother isn't taking the services very well. It doesn't mean that the services are bad. So far, my grandma has been very happy. She has a caregiver that is accommodating, on time, attentive, and detail-oriented. My grandma is picky, but she loves her caregiver and they were actually born in the same town. The caregiver is able to get my grandma to her appointments on time and she really enjoys the interaction with the caregivers. It is also very helpful to our family because my husband and I are very busy with our business.
