We need the people to come and help properly, but when they do, it's great. They could do better with the rates. They are too high for a retired family and consistency of care. The caregivers are good, but they don't help much with the household stuff and don't help him exercise.

They have helped me with the mobility and physical impairment. I would recommend them because most of them are very polite, and they go out of their way to help take care of me.

My mom is still semi-independent, so it's helpful. It's not a case where somebody needs help to survive, but it's smaller things that make her life easier. I think the staff's been excellent, and we've had very good experiences with the caregivers, and the schedulers are right on top of it and very helpful.

It was a positive impact and it provided a service when needed. There were probably 7 caregivers that rotated through here. They could have a greater impact if there could be more clarification for them as well as us on what their duties are and responsibilities are and what they aren't. There could be a clearer definition for the home care people on what their responsibilities are and are not.

Overall its been pretty good. I know they had a few that were rough and that we had to get rid of. I feel like they need to do more training with their staff. They sent someone with no experience with catheters and they didn't clean her well. The only thing my mom had a problem with is she had a barrier anyway with communication, so she couldn't always understand their language. They would send people who are from Africa and my mom wouldn't be able to understand. She had someone for the US who she was able to communicate better with.

After interviewing several Home Health Care companies, I chose Griswold and I am so thankful I did. I moved my 82 yo mother( Alzheimers/COPD) from a Memory Facility to live in our home for her health was declining and she was on hospice. Doug came out the next day of my initial contact and met my mother and I and did his assessment. He explained the process and what our partnership would look like. He and his team delivered on meeting every need and more. His team of Schedule Coordinators ( always called the Friday to confirm the following week needs, always so helpful and courteous. The two Caregivers he selected were great fits, Patti and Melissa were professional, always prompt in communication, supportive, compassionate and always showed up with their A game. My mother passed peacefully two months after she moved in. I highly recommend this company - affordable , professional, wonderful staff and team !

Our overall experience with Griswold Home Care Plano was fine; they were really good. They help my husband with the usual care like showers, getting him up, making breakfast, meals, and giving him medicine. The caregiver who was assisting my husband was fine; there were no problems. They were here five days a week.

Griswold is a five star service. The management cares deeply and even so far as to visit the home and checkout our shared patient. They were on the phone multiple times a day to make sure our challenging situation was covered in every way. I could not recommend them more highly.

I have been working with a company called Griswold since early August. It has been good. They help my mother by changing her diaper, giving her a bed bath, and giving her lunch and drinks. The caregivers are fine and nice. I haven't had any problem with any of them. They take care of my mother the right way. The billing is fair. They have accommodated our schedule for four hours a day and provide the caregiver when we need it.

We worked with Griswold Home Care once, and they provided excellent service for my mother. We're going to be working with them next month when my husband and I go out of town on a vacation. We needed companionship for her and to make sure she didn't fall. They were very good and the care they provided was very nice. The caregiver was wonderful and sweet.

It was comforting having them with him at the end when his health took a turn and to be with us when he passed away. The office always answered my questions, got caregivers out to replace if someone canceled and was a great help with filing the insurance documents for reimbursement.

The thing that sets this office apart is that we work hard to get the RIGHT people with the client. The office doesn't just send anyone in they want to make sure it is a good fit- which it has been. I love that the office staff will call me to discuss something like scheduling and they already have a solution in place before calling. I never have to worry that it is not going to be taken care of.
