It is not necessarily a function of BrightStar but of who they hire, the very first caregiver came once then called off then quit, and we are on our fourth caregiver and it has only been 2 months since we hired them.

My husband is harder than most, and he does not cooperate with things they tell him to do. It's mainly on him and not them. My main problem is that I do not feel that I can get what I really want with in-home care. I wanted to have one consistent caregiver so my husband would get acquainted with that person and get to know them. We have had five different caregivers in a month and half. I feel they are trying hard, but we have not been able to reach that goal.

Bright Star North Hills is one of the worst caregiving companies out there their employees are not trained their employees are constantly calling off leaving you running and scrambling to get Home to replace them,the employees Mostly sit on the couch and do nothing and are paid little wages as well if you are looking for a caregiver Company run away from this one as fast as you can!!!

BrightStar Care could have made life easier for me if they had more workers because I would give them a month's notice on the care that I needed, and I found it stressful that they would call me that morning to tell me that there was no one to take me on my errands.
