Reviews of Home Care Options

My experience with the above provider was met with mixed emotions. While the intake worker was very thorough, the individuals sent by them were not all what I had anticipated. Although there were some excellent workers sent, there were also women who did not speak English(which was a prerequisite), items that were missing from my mothers home and the work done was sloppy and incomplete. Our intention was to first use their women who did housework etc. and to use their at home nursing staff in the future if needed. Needless to say that will not be considered.
