I was in need of elder care for two family members over the past years. Senior helpers was able to provide care with empathy, dignity, and professionalism. If I had to do it again I would not hesitate to call upon them for their service. Great folks from administration to care providers!

We had an excellent experience with this agency. We found the administrative staff to be caring and responsive. The caregivers met my mother’s needs while engaging her personally. We started using Senior Helpers a couple of years ago, when we realized that our Mother needed some help due to signs of dementia… They worked with us to make sure each caregiver was the “right fit” for my her! They were always on time, thorough and paid attention to the details of caregiving and house maintenance. Senior Helpers provided in-home caregiver services for my mother for several years. This included ensuring medications were taken, provision of meals, light housekeeping, buying groceries, taking her to doctor appointments, etc. Since we live in a different state, they were very good at communications and updates, and provided invaluable peace of mind. My mother has since moved into a memory care facility, but Senior Helpers still go by to check on her weekly and provide updates to us. They are also still available to take her to appointments, etc. We highly recommend them.

After my mother passed away, my 89-year-old father—then in need of considerable living assistance—wanted to stay in his home. Their loving care of my father has made him safe and happy in his home and has relieved the family’s fears about him being alone and unable to properly care for himself. My mother is using Senior Helpers, and it is going very well. She is a Parkinson's patient, and they need to be very soft spoken and patient with her as she tries to do things. It's something that we noticed at the very beginning. A lot of people don't understand what goes on with that disease, and this company does. They specialize in Parkinson's. I would recommend them. The intake person who evaluated her was very attentive to my mother's needs. They offer just about anything a homecare agency offers. She's getting night sitters throughout the evening. I have not run into any complications and no problems that I needed to resolve. The caregiver is very good. I got what I asked for.

However, the management took care of the issue and sent me a different person, who is doing very well so far. So far, they work very well with me. They provide assistance with showering, helping with snacks and meals, and doing my mother's laundry. I'm happy with them.

Senior Helpers helped my wife with bathing, eating, and bathroom assistance. They did some housekeeping chores like run the sweepers, mop the floors, make the beds, and change the sheets. My wife was very comfortable with them. Their scheduling was very good, and their billing process was every 2 weeks. We got along fine. They were very empathetic, sympathetic, and very caring in trying to do whatever my wife needed done or even wished to have done.
