Right at home was so helpful while my mom was receiving hospice care. We hired them to stay with her 24 hrs. a day so we were able to leave her side a few times a day and feel she was cared for. We only had one issue with someone on their staff and once I requested they be removed it was not a problem. They were professional and very caring. We especially loved Becky. You could really tell how much she cared for her patients. We would highly recommend.

No fractures but did further damage her hip and knee resulting in a week in the hospital, Upon release she has in-home PT and OT and we have had the services of a caregiver from Right at Home. The care by all contacts at RAH have been marvelous! If there is a need in the future we will certainly re-engage their wonderful service.

I appreciate the professional home health care services that Right At Home of St Charles provided for my parents for approximately 5 years. They were very easy to work with. The care givers were very good about providing the care my family asked for and they were always good with their communication if we ever had questions or wanted to make any changes in the schedule. The care they provided gave piece of mind that the rest of the family didn't need to worry about watching out for mom & dad 24 hrs a day, seven days a week. The services they provided were needed and greatly appreciated for what they did to fulfill those needs.
