They don't really do much for my loved one. Right now, he's fine. They check on him to make sure he is doing okay. They could maybe provide more caregivers. It is more about the other caregivers getting a break.

One of the biggest problems is that I have a system of folding my clothes and putting them away, and my caregiver puts them wherever there is a space. She also does it with my kitchen stuff. I need to take her aside and let her know that it drives me crazy. It wouldn't take much to put everything back where it goes. I was going to say something, but my daughter told me not to because I don't want the caregiver to get fired. I think the people in charge are quick to pick up on a situation and take note of it.

Mostly they help with the showering. It is very scary ordinarily. He has a good routine with them. They massage him with moisturizers and he loves that. It has made his life easier because he is nervous about that and they are helpful being here. I like their ability to very carefully and efficiently give my husband a shower and care for him.

They made a difficult time much easier. The staff was compliant with how we did things, they were respectful of our situation, and they were compassionate. The care was very personal. Before any of the caregivers came to work, they were introduced by the coordinator. If the caregiver didn't show up within 10 minutes of their scheduled time, they called us to tell us what was going on, and would send a replacement.

She has had an adjustment and it has been difficult for her. It hasn't been easy to give up her privacy and independence, but they have done their best to respect that. There have been ups and downs for sure. I like the consistency. I have gone through a little bit of flux, but they have done their best to make sure that the client has the same people.

They needed to do what they were contracted to do. The caregivers they provided didn't do anything. They would just sit on the couch and watch TV, then, in the last 30 minutes, they would scramble around trying to get things done that I had asked them to do.

I can only compare it to the other service that we have. Our current company actually cleans the house and stays busy. It was just a matter of attention that they could've improved upon. The caregivers that we had were on their phones a lot of the time.

There has been inconsistency with the caregivers. The person who is supposed to be here couldn't be here one day and the back up person couldn't come either so there was no one with my dad. It has happened a couple times.

They should send people who can work, clean ,d take out the garbage, and drive if I needed to. That is what I expected and I didn't get it. They've given me nothing but heartache and problems. I had nothing but problems and heartache from them from the moment I started services, they kept sending different people, and none of them would work.

The caregivers were good because they were nice people and they knew what they were doing. I had a few that did not know what they were doing. The negative thing is that upper management is new and they did not communicate well, but the caregivers were good with the quality of care they provided.

I tell them that the care is professionally given, we had 24 hour care with 12 different caregivers. I have a background in nursing, and I was impressed. I would say that the administrator and the lead nurse are excellent. The current nurse we have is absolutely wonderful. The nurse we got has a very upbeat personality, and my loved one needs that. She takes him to do things he would never really do. She devised a system to help him.

We have some issues with the foreign caregivers, and a caregiver showed up that had been drinking. They switched a caregiver that we had for a while without telling me. It's nice that there is someone with the client since I work a lot and can't be there.
