I would like to make sure that they confirm when the caregivers say they will be there, and the hours that I get billed for. I have had a lot of issues.

Very quickly, I was told that two people were available for Friday night through Sunday. Julia and Merna came and stayed all night with Laura, and they were superb, very caring, and compassionate.

He had the same aidd the majority of mornings, but in the evenings it was a hit or miss. I don't know if they were short staffed or if it was because of the time slot that we needed coverage for. They communicated with us and did whatever we asked of them.

From Monday to Saturday I am very pleased. Sundays are very hard to fill, so they keep sending me different people who aren't familiar with the way we do things here. I've told the manager, and it works out well for a couple weeks. From Monday to Saturday, I have a caregiver who is wonderful, but on Sunday, Right at Home can't send someone regularly.

Right at Home needs to get better employees and training for them. I've had some take days off each week and who didn't even show up. The owner never calls me either. They think they're high and mighty, and I'm not happy with them. My caregivers are supposed to be the elite and college graduates. They are supposed to be prompt, and Right at Home needs to be accurate in calling people back.

They've even scheduled a person and they didn't show up. It's upsetting. I have leukemia and there's no schedule. They used to be much better. I call and don't get answers from them.
