I am a current client of this provider
Home Instead has been fabulous from the start. Since my sister and I live far from our dad, when dad moved from his home to an independent retirement facility, we needed a care giving agency to help manage his meds. He is living with dementia he is usually friendly and happy, but does have his moments. A of the HI caregivers I've met have been upbeat, friendly and positive. Dad's "primary" HI caregiver, who spends the most time with him on a daily basis, has become an invaluable source of friendship for dad, as well as for transportation. i highly recommend this company. They are professional, compassionate and reliable.

I have Home Instead for my husband. They have been very helpful. They deal with VA because the VA is paying for it. My husband is a disabled vet. They were referred by the VA too. They come in Monday through Friday.

I am a past client of this provider
Care varied with the individual caretakers and I could have wished for more consistency. That said, we had some really wonderful helpers who made extra efforts to be responsive and very caring in their service to my mother. This made it possible to continue to offer my mother the care she needed in order to live at home until her death from advanced alzheimers. I could not have done it alone and I never wanted to have to consider any other options. When the end was approaching we also used the services of a hospice provider. Families need as much support as possible in order to provide the best care for those they love. We were fortunate.
