I call them and they help me. I like them. When I call them, they come out. The owner comes out often. They interview me to see what is going in.

It is important for the caregivers to be qualified and be able to mesh in with the person they are taking care of. They're here in the household taking carer of my dad and my mom should be able to get along with them

The caregivers are always on a schedule and get breakfast for Richard when they come in. They do whatever he needs. It's hard to take care of him myself and get him to take a shower and get cleaned up daily. He has diarrhea a lot also. Because of the caregiver, I get to sit down and take a break. When she is here, she does everything to help him, and that gives me a break.

The caregiver usually shows up on time. I do not think they do enough for me. It is silly that they cannot take me to the doctor that is close by. They cannot take me to the grocery store. They can only do things within the house. The house cleaning practically means zero. I cannot do bed changes or laundry and need help. They need to change their rules.
