I have them for me as much as for Leroy. He can't be left alone, which means I can't leave him. It gives some a chance to go to the dollar store or get into the flower bed. I have recommended them. They are down to earth, and they understand your position and what's going on. They are willing to work with you as best as they can.

The team provided home care for our elderly mom. They were very responsive to our needs and requests. They were compassionate and worked with us be able to keep her in her home.

I am very pleased with the service Right at Home provided. The staff was always going beyond to ensure all of our needs were met. They were always Very thoughtful and understanding of our personal needs. I plan to use them in the future when there services are needed.

My mother is a current client of Right at Home. We are delighted with their service. The caregiver that has been assigned to my mother's care is not just competent, she is truly caring and is assisting Mother to live to her fullest. They are doing light housekeeping, they are driving Mother to her water aerobics and yoga classes, they are taking her shopping, and they are providing the companionship that she needs. The communication has been excellent. We have been notified in advance of any changes or adjustments that need to be made in the system. We have had no problems whatsoever, so that area of communication has not been necessary. It is a joy. Even their billing system has been very clear and very, very easy to navigate all communications with them. The response time has been prompt. I would recommend the service to anyone who is interested in or needing this sort of care for themselves or a member of the family, and I am delighted, as is my mother, with all aspects of the service we have received.

This company is very professional and stand up. Very good communication since the first encounter. My grandfather became immobile and we had to suddenly find at-home caregiving. Right at Home provided everything we needed. His caregiver was very kind, knowledgeable, and up to the challenge. She was on-time, professional, and easy to communicate with. We sincerely appreciate everything Right at Home did for our family, at a time of uncertainty and difficulty. Thank you again for being such a great establishment, right here in Maryville.

The care my Father received was excellent. His caregivers were very caring, efficient and professional. Scheduling was always flexible due to many doctors appointments and was never an issue. Kimberly and Jennifer were always so kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this company for your families needs

Kimberley returned my call on a Sunday evening and took the time to get to know me and the exact help that I needed in caring for my father. She was polite, friendly and understanding. The caretaker that she chose for my father was a perfect fit. The services were excellent, and I definitely recommend them.

Right at Home cared for my mother for the last 1 1/2 yrs of her life. Thanks to their reliable, proficient and affordable care we were able to keep Mom at home just like she wanted. Right at Home took care of my 94-year old father for over a year, the last 7 months at 20 hours per day. Dad has dementia and uses a walker. Caregivers were prompt, professional, and courteous. They took a personal interest in him and the business owner regularly and sometimes unannounced checked on his care. We were very pleased with the service.

We've been using Right at Home for three weeks. It's been a little bit of give and take between my stepmother and the caregiver. My stepmother doesn't want to let her clean the house if she's done with my dad, so she's not allowing her to stay. The caregiver comes in for four hours twice a week. The caregiver does exercises with my dad takes him for walks, and tries to converse with him.

Kimberley and her team were very responsive to my family’s needs. Her availability and caring were first rate.
