I am a current client of this provider
I would like to see them send one regular caregiver. I would like to see improved staffing and more consistency with the caregivers. Elderly people need a regular person, and my mother has seen over 30 different caregivers. That's too many people for someone with progressing dementia.

All the kids live out-of-town, so we are not always there to help. Once we found the right caregiver, we didn't have to worry. They are more helpful and friendly. We've been very satisfied.

They make sure they pick the right employee who has the right personality and make sure she is cared for. The providers that they send out to care for my mom works with me to make sure we get the right provider. They make sure the client is comfortable with their provider.

There is really nothing they can do. They can offer a little more training to the caretakers.

I can't say they didn't provide any benefit, but it didn't reach what we needed. We needed someone to help encourage the hygiene and to be more than daycare workers. The workers need to be more than babysitters.

It has allowed her to stay in her home. She is familiar with this caregiver and the caregiver is great. We really like the owner. The owner came and sat down with us, and we were impressed with her. The caregiver came with us over the company. It has been wonderful.

She comes in and helps me. He is completely handicap. I requested someone to come Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday and they couldn't give us that much care.

She calls to check on me when I am in the hospital to make sure that I am okay. She calls to check to see if I get my food on time. I like their services. I need them on time and they provide a lot of help for me. She cleans around the house.
