I am a past client of this provider
They were absolutely excellent. They came when they were supposed to. They stayed and give us extra help as we needed. They're very professional. I had no complaints. I will use them again and I had referred them to couple of people already.

I was doing some research and I just like what I've heard about Griswold compared to others. I selected them and met with Chelsea. I'm happy with what she told me. Overall my experience with them was good. I had a difficult experience with with the first caregiver because I guess I expected more. I had little knowledge on how to work with somebody with dementia. So I looked for the caregiver to be able to tell me things. Unfortunately that first caregiver that I got was not that experienced in in-home care. She was not able to help me well. I had to get her replaced. It was very frustrating. The next caregivers were great. They were very helpful. They kept my mother busy. They cook and clean for her. They keep us informed with what's going on with mom.

My brother found Griswold Home Care on the internet. The caregiver we got is really good. She caters to my mom's needs. She is a good match for my mom. She is always busy around the house.
