I really lost my cool over the one who did my laundry and bedding wrong. My daughter had to come over and redo everything and she was really upset. I don't think they are quite aware of what is going on, so you have to let them know. I had a good day with one and two bad days with two other caregivers who were just starting out. I told them they needed to have more training. They needed to be shown how to make a bed because they didn't know how to do it well. I did a good bath from them. I already told Right at Home that. I don't mind telling people that if they need help, this is a good place to go. They just need to know what they can do when they are alone with the clients. They just talk to them. I don't know if they tell them how to make a hospital bed, which is the easiest thing to make up. I even taught all my children how to do that and they taught their children

If it weren't for the fact that my sister needed constant care and is now in an assisted living, Right at Home would still be caring for her. I highly recommend them!

They are likely the ones who brought bed bugs into our house. I would like to see a higher standard of care. They could have put the caregivers in a suit then told them to take off the suit when they left my mother's house. They did not do anything to try to stop that. Since no one had eyes on her she suffered a medical problem.
