I know the owners and I just know what kind of caring people they are. My loved one is in failing health and she struggles every day. All we can do at this point is make her comfortable. I think the caregiver that goes three days a week tries to make her comfortable and see that her needs are met when she is there. She even goes a little above and beyond sometimes and makes meals for the times she will not be there.

I like the fact that each person makes note of what is going on with my husband and passes that on to the next caregiver that comes so that there is some continuity to the care. They are willing to do whatever needs doing for my husband or me.

It didn't seem like it was a high priority of the caregivers to do some specific things for my loved one, like making sure they had food. They were great at taking my loved one to doctor's appointments. There were nights that they had to just find whatever they could to eat. The first one did not work and we had to tell them. The second caregiver was so sweet, we just did not get the meals. They took my loved one to the doctor and the last caregiver was really thorough about telling my family member and me what the doctor said. We loved them. I understand that there's not a lot of time to cook, but my loved one needed meals cooked, but that didn't happen.

The owner is so thoughtful and kind. My previous caregiver was amazing. My current caregiver is young, but we get along really well, and she shows up on time. I'm not able to do hardly anything. However, my husband doesn't need to worry about the weekly responsibilities due to the care.
