They need to get their act together. They would send people who didn't know what to do. I'm bedridden, and they didn't know what to do. They would just talk on the phone.

I spent more time without a caregiver than with one. It was horrible. I never knew if I would be able to keep a doctor's appointment because they were my ride. I can't drive or take public transportation. I'm on oxygen, so I can't get out of the house. My caregiver is my lifeline. That's my food, that's my everything. For them to not show up and not even let me know, there's no excuse. They could have not lied to me. I had a caregiver that I enjoyed and we worked well together, but I got a call from them saying she wouldn't be back because she requested to work somewhere else. She never requested it, they just told her she was going to be working somewhere else.

Right at Home at Jackson has been awesome. We've had three different caregivers; the girl we have now is just awesome and we can't be happier. She's on the timeslots we needed, she has a great attitude and is doing a good job on everything that we expect to get done. The agency is doing what we need. They're cruising along smoothly now and doing things stuff on their own. It's all been working out great.

My mother was depressed, she did not want to bathe, dress or talk with anyone. We hired Right at Home, they sent in a caregiver right away. The results are awesome with my mother now. She is no longer depressed and is happy everyday when she awakes. The caregiver (angel from heaven) has her bathing everyday, getting dressed and telling stories of her past. She is even wearing a little makeup. My mother looks forward for her angel everyday. It sure makes the family's life easier knowing our mother is taken such good care of. Grandmother Luv
