We're using Silverado at Home. Overall. I am very disappointed. I got this big presentation about how everybody's well trained and how everybody is high-caliber, and I was just shocked that for my first experience, they would send in a girl that's just barely 18 years old, and she hadn't really had some range of training that they said they give everybody, and all that. The second person they sent was the same way. I just don't think I should be paying $25 an hour and then the girls don't do anything. They get there, and even though we tell them to help out, and all that, they have to be told every single time they walk in the door. The only reason I keep the girl is because my dad liked her from the beginning, and she's just a relative.
I wanted to make this one more complaint, though. I had to use three girls for three days because I couldn't get somebody who could come three days a week. Then the girl has gotten some sort of medical issues a week before, and then she doesn't show up on a Wednesday, when I had two doctors appointments scheduled for my parent, and nobody called. The office didn't call, and she didn?t call. I don't think they should be charging $25 for people who have only been with them for a few months, and they're only 18 years old.
