I am not sure how the caregivers could have had a greater impact. I thought they did pretty well. The caregivers helped the most by showing up and just basically being there. My mother couldn't be by herself. I liked that they were able to provide care 24/7. That's what I needed eventually. They just worked well and there was always somebody there.

It has made things very stressful having to work things out. We told them our situation and they said they could handle it. We needed them on the weekends and the lady that came for that forgot about something and couldn't get trained. We had to get someone else that wasn't as good. They tried to find the personnel for those days but they couldn't.

Sometimes the caregivers will call me and tell me that they can't make it. I would like them to call their supervisor. I like the ladies that run the organization. They are helpful if there are any issues. I would like them to log what they do during the day.

I think there could be more timeliness of the caregivers, and the management could be more available. There are staffing issues. I think there could be more consistency of the caregiver like being on time and having back up if there are call-outs.

They're sending their billing into one bill so that you are not paying individual people who come into your home, and they send people to do background checks on them and drug screening on each employee. They insure them if there is an accident or a fall on the employee themselves. They come out very quickly at a time when their services is needed. I liked the convenience and they were reputable.

They take care of all of her daily living needs such as showering, bedding, laundry, and feeding. They have a lot of patience with her. They bear a lot of the burden for day to day living. Mostly communication between the company and their clients. They are not super good in regards to scheduling and care givers who are coming.

She says she doesn't want to, and the caregivers will say okay and not push her to do it. They need to get more reliable caregivers.
