i was very skeptical of having "strangers" in the house and taking care of my wife. Over this past summer i have had 3 caregivers and honestly, the first was not a perfect fit. Right at Home was very understanding and swapped caregivers immediately. The 2nd was an "Angel of the Lord" and she fit right into our family. Unfortunately, she had to leave us and we never thought anyone could do as well. The young lady we currently have is another blessing and we are thrilled having her in our home. My wife lights up every time she walks in the front door. We are very happy with everyone.

Right at Home was amazing to send a caregiver on such short notice to care for my Aunt. The caregiver was flexible, kind to everyone and made my Aunt feel comfortable. They were easy to work with and I am so grateful for the care they provided.

We currently use Right at Home for my mother. My mother has moderate dementia and Right at Home has helped with creating a routine and helping keep my mother on track. The caregivers do a great job of spending time with her and getting to know her. They do things like color with her, take her for walks and even take her "window" shopping at her favorite stores. We have used Right at Home for both my mother and father, for extra assistance during their assisted living care stay. Both of my parents had to go in and out of the hospital and rehab while using Right at Home services. Leslie and her team were extremely communicative and helpful throughout my parents difficult situations. They were able to stop and start care immediately and their follow up contact was exceptional. During an extremely stressful time Leslie and her team were sympathetic, understanding and professional. I would highly recommend them to others in need of care for their loved one!

From the very beginning before we even knew we needed the services of Right at Home they were there to help us in the journey of my father passing away. Then as time progressed and we did need their services they were the best in every way. From the people who interviewed us to the people who carried out the services for my father all were excellent. I would highly recommend Right at Home and would suggest talking to them even if you are not sure if you need their services.

Charisma is WONDERFUL a with my Dad! He can be quite stubborn but she is able to cajole him to do what he needs to do when he needs to do it.... Dad is unsteady on his feet and suffers from old age confusion. Often forgetting his walker ( which he swears he does not need but seriously needs) and refusing to SIT in his shower. She constantly reminds him, nicely, to use both! When she is here, I have the freedom to run my errands or keep my appointments knowing I have left him in GOOD hands!

Right at Home staff have been very accommodating to the scheduling needs of my mother. They have provided an excellent companion/caregiver who is attentive to her needs, provides opportunities to stimulate her mind and always arrives on time. This time allows me brief respites knowing she is well cared for.

I'm thoroughly pleased with Right At Home. Lindsey was the young lady I spoke with to sign my mother and father in law up for services. Lindsey met us at my home and took ample time to listen to all of my concerns and answer all questions, having someone to truly listen and not make you feel rushed was wonderful. Lindsey set me up with Leslie to have all of my scheduling needs met and she has been outstanding as well. We've had one 8 hour visit so far and have already scheduled our next visit. I'm thrilled to have found a company that listens, hears and then does what they advertise.

Right at Home found the perfect match in a caregiver for my 96 year old Mother. The caregiver is very patient and attentive with my Mom. The caregiver communicates any concerns, changes, or needs about my Mom with me in a timely manner. The staff at Right at Home are also very fast and responsive to any changes that we need in the schedule or any other needs with my Mom.

The administrative and direct care staff at Right at Home have been a blessing to our family. The direct care staff member that cares for my mother with dementia is kind, thoughtful, and is always trying to think of new ways to engage my mom. The administrative staff is always available when change for scheduling arises. The are easy to contact and receptive to any questions or comments I have had. Right at home has given me the ability to participate in activities and my kids schools, they have given me the opportunity to do lengthy chores, they have even given me the opportunity to do date nights with my husband, and they are there to help cover things for church so that I may still continue to attend church on a regular basis. The ladies that have come in have been very helpful as far as taking care of my mother they are very kind and considerate and professional. They are really good about letting me know who is going to be coming to stay with my mother they are really good about providing information as to what they see her do and telling me what happens while I’m gone. Right At Home has been able to take all of my request they have the scheduling down so that it happens pretty quick in case an emergency situation they been able to cover things with very little notice the ladies have been here on time and have left early if that come home early and they stay late when I come back like with no problems.

My mother has been using the services of Right at Home (RAH) for more than 2 years. She has required Sitters around the clock to assist with mobility limitations, such as light housework, bathing, dressing, helping with meals not obtained in the dining room, and assistance with medications. All of the Sitters have been very competent, pleasant, and responsible individuals. Another invaluable service of RAH is their guaranteed coversge on the rare occurrence of illness or emergency situation, even in weather related emergencies. The person is never left alone! Each week someone from RAH delivers a schedule of upcoming coverage to my mom, which is a nice benefit that gives her peace of mind. I am so grateful for Right at Home. Their excellent services give ME peace of mind as well!
