Welcome to Diamond Care Inc.

A Premiere In Home Care and Adult Day Care Service in San Joaquin Valley

Diamond Care Inc. is locally owned and operated Non Medical In Home Care Services and Adult Day Care Services. Diamond Care consists of a personalized and organized program of healthy with social activities and services provided for adults, the elderly, or people with physical or mental impairments for the purpose of restoring or maintaining optimal capacity for self-care. In addition we offer family respite during their stay in a hospital or other health care facility.

Our Mission is to help promote social, emotional and physical well-being of impaired individuals living in the community, help them maintain or restore their optimal functional potential, and to help them remain at or return to their homes. Diamond Care Inc. services will provide services conducive to restoring dignity and self-esteem to our clients. All employees of Diamond Care Inc. are Diamond Care Inc. certified.

Diamond Care Inc. personnel certification involves first aid, CPR training, 8 hour Diamond Care Inc. lectures and record keeping, 8 hour in-home Diamond Care Inc. training, a study binder with all related Diamond Care Inc.™ documents and forms, one hour practical test, one hour written certification test, once a month 2 hour continued education, and once a year written re-certification. In addition we do perform a thorough background check before sending an employee to work with a client.

Diamond Care Inc. Assessment of home environment

  • Client plan of Service will require periodic reassessment or reevaluation of performance at least quarterly or as needed.
  • Living arrangements.
  • Relationship with family or other people.
  • Home facilities such as heating, bath, hygienic facilities, kitchens, etc.
  • Existence of environmental barriers such as stairs or other features not negotiable by the impaired Client.
  • Help planning achievable goals and objectives for Client.
