Who We Are

Simply Elder Care is a non-medical home care agency providing in-home personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, grocery shopping, errands, escorts to medical appointments, meal preparation, medication reminders and assist with activities for daily living. Our services are tailor made to suit each individual’s needs. We are committed to providing consistency and a continuum of care and we work closely with all parties involved to ensure seniors age in dignity and in a safe environment at home.

Our programs

Fall Prevention: We make safety our priority and conduct regular reviews on the care plan of each individual case for better quality of care.

At home or in Facilities: Our certified caregivers are trained to provide in-home care services whether at home or in Assisted Living and Skilled Facilities.

Safe Transition Program: We are here to make sure that your loved one’s transition from a medical facility to home is a smooth, safe and comfortable experience.

Dementia and Alzheimer’s Program: Our caregivers undergo on-going training on Dementia and Alzheimer’s disease geared toward providing the best care needed.

Parkinson’s, and Other Life Limiting Conditions: We carefully select caregivers who have specific training and knowledge pertaining to each individual's specific needs.

Hospice Care: We collaborate with Hospice Care Providers to ensure the care set in place continues in a safe, compassionate and caring environment.

Respite or Long-Term Care: We aim to support you and your loved one whether the need is respite, short or long-term.
