One of the things we were unhappy with was that when they came in, they said they were not maids, they were aides. They didn't want to do any housekeeping, and that's what I need them for. It would have been better if he had associates that came over that had no issues with dogs. I have a very friendly dog, but BrightStar couldn't find anyone at the time that was dog friendly. I met the owner of BrightStar, and he was very personable and I had no problem with BrightStar other than that they couldn't provide me with a caregiver who was not afraid of the dog within a short time period. I guess a little more screening to make sure they're okay with animals would be good.
