Synergy Homecare of Trumbull CT has been an amazing comfort for my husband and me. We had tried other agencies and they all had negative issues and events occur with us. When the Veterans Administration wanted us to try one more I was hesitant but once I talked to Erica I felt comfortable and hopeful. Our caregiver Sheila is energetic - compassionate - patient - everything I am praying for to be ok with my husband when I am at work. Sheila makes sure he takes his meds - gets his food and drinks and does a perfect job with the laundry and home organization. I am truly grateful. I would absolutely recommend the Trumbull office for your family's needs. The agency has been responsive to any requests I have called with. If someone is sick or needs a day off they will send a suitable substitute for the day.

We can't leave my mother for any length of time; so having them come in every other Saturday helps us be able to leave the house. Primarily, I like the flexibility they offer you. We deal with people in one office and it seems kind of intimate. You feel like you know the people who run the place; which is nice.

They have messed up on scheduling. The aides could also use more official training on Alzheimer's and personal care. Right now, they are not doing great. I have been looking at places because of lots of scheduling mix ups.

They have just been efficient, attentive, and pleasant. That is the first thing that all of us noticed, how pleasant they all were. I don't have enough experience with all the aides. The communication could do better, we had a problem with getting a schedule so we knew who is coming, and they worked on it and it has become better.
