She is consistently on time with a cheerful confident attitude always. She arrives ready and eager to serve in any way possible to make our lives easier. She offers suggestions, from her past experience, how to do tasks in a safe manner. Both my husband and I look forward to the days Lillie is in our home. They need to improve their scheduling, when we first got on New Horizons we had 14 different caregivers. They need to be aware of clients needs.

He helped me make the bed, though. On a long term basis, it wasn't helpful for me. I would not recommend New Horizons because most of the time, they didn't have anyone to send out.
