We have been using Home Instead for my father. So far, their service has been excellent. The caregivers are very flexible, always on time, and professional. They work with us to schedule or reschedule, add hours, and move things around. My father gets along very well with his nurse, too. We don't have any complaints at all. The billing is twice a month and never been late. Indeed, Home Instead provides a professional service.

What a great company! My family and I hired Home Instead Senior Care for our 72 year young mother. We had the CareGiver come and help her during the day with errands, doctor appointments, and taking her to the grocery store when needed. The staff was great to my brothers and myself. With this all being new we had a lot of questions and they all were right there to answer them.My brothers and I found, with Home Instead going to our mothers home daily,we no longer have to worry if she is eating and taking her medications,And this has taken a lot of stress of my brothers and I.Now when we visit with our mother we spend real quality time with her. Thank you for such quality care, and I highly recommend this company.

Outstanding service! The level of commitment to deliver high quality in home care by compassionate and friendly caregivers exceeded my expectations. The owner of the company goes to great lengths to ensure your loved one is comfortable, well provided for and enjoys the company of the caregiver. The company prides itself on providing reliable, professional and trustworthy supervision of your loved ones. Our caregiver was honestly, AMAZING! She did so much more than the cooking and cleaning while supervising our mother's daily activities. She became our mother's close friend. She became a lifelong family friend!
