I like the girls in the scheduling office. I think the caregivers need more experience. They need to learn to follow directions better. They make my life easier by helping with things around the house I need extra help with, like bathing my mother and housework.

I've been very happy with the people they sent out to help me. They work with me very well. The caregiver goes to the store for me because I can't get out and drive. That helps me with the groceries for the week.

BrightStar is a good company. I have had a couple bad caregivers but I have a wonderful caregiver now so I am very happy. Last Christmas, the company gave me a gift card and I really appreciated it. They also gave my lady friend a gift card as well. It came at the perfect time because money is tight. BrightStar has been a blessing.

I've had some scheduling difficulties, and I understand them, but they still exist with BrightStar Care. I feel confident that nothing bad has happened to my mom while BrightStar Care is here, and I feel that she's safe.

BrightStar Care is not able to find caregivers for me, and they want me to hire more caregivers. The caregivers get me out of bed and make sure I am fed.

I would recommend BrightStar Care because the caregiver is local, has children, and I'm happy with her results. The service has made life easier because my wife had a stroke and is unable to do what she used to do, and I've got Parkinson's, so the caregiver does most of it during the week.

I would tell someone that if an aide is bringing you to go to BrightStar Care, then do not go because they will lie. BrightStar Care has made life easier because I have a good nurse and a good aide. They are considerate, and one of my nurses comes on the weekend.

The owner of BrightStar Care came out the first time and I liked her. She was very informative. The price is good and they are reliable. A couple of times caregivers called off at the last minute and no one showed up. BrightStar Care has helped the most by helping me not have to worry about my parents. I think my parents feel less stressed.
