Due to the pandemic and my personal situation having to be on lockdown. It is an amazing comfort knowing someone is there to help my father as I cannot be there. I use to have a feeling of panic and that is no longer the case as we have this agency to check in on my father. There have been a couple of times my father has fallen and I was not notified, but I am not sure of their policies in contacting family about those situations. There were times they did call and let me know about any incidents. They are responsive and incredibly helpful with my father's worsening condition.

However, sometimes my mom tells me stories about the agency or the caregiver, but I know it is just because of her age. I know the service works real well, but sometimes she does not see things correctly all the time.

Visiting Angels has very good employees. They are very competent at what they do. They have a person available to me 7 days a week. Visiting Angels makes my life easier by helping dress me, wash me, and providing my day-to-day needs.
