I had them in here to watch him so I could go on a trip. He has a traumatic brain injury and does not have a filter, so he says things that are not nice. I was two hours out of town when I started getting phone calls about it and he did not get his compression hose on his legs the right way. He looked wild and crazy when I came in and he was struggling when I was gone. I was not happy with it and they did not bother to call me and ask me about things. I would not recommend them until I used services again as we have had some issues that need ironed out.

My dad has really bad tremors and makes it hard to do a lot of things, so the aide comes in and cleans runs errands and I like that fact that the aide will sit and have conversations with my dad rather than sitting on their phone when they were done. I like that they always call me and ask me if I need someone during holidays, and they are very good with communication.

The one aid really talked to him and communicated well with him. She had an upbeat personality which we appreciated. Synergy did not seem like they had enough caregivers that could give the proper care that my husband needed.

It depends on which caregiver comes, they help with her daily chores and food preparation, and things like that. I don't know what I would like to see them do better. Grace was very good, but she's gone now.

The client is very fond of Cindy. She has been wonderful and very caring. She is really good about communication. It's mostly companionship and just getting her out. At the assisted living facility, they really don't have a chance or opportunity to really get out of there. When working, you just don't have that time. I am doing some of her doctors appointments, but the caregiver does a lot of it and she has even offered to change the days that she is available to help me out. We have been really happy with them. When Cindy had something come up, she always gave us notice. She has never not showed up. She is very responsible and great with the client. They're great with letting me know the bill and what was going on as well as finding a replacement if we needed to. So far, we have been really happy with them. I love them and they're amazing. We have been really pleased with our choice of home care provider. I think they were very careful in who they selected and tried to do a good match.

She takes responsibility for getting mom changed every day. She fights it, but she is incapable of changing herself. It is easy to communicate with the staff at the headquarters. If something comes up, they go out of their way to solve whatever the problem might be. I am very happy with the lady watching my mother right now.

I'm thinking of switching to having more time instead of just four hours. They help with my sanity. I like that when we need to, we can switch the time around. Right now we have it about twice a week, but if we need to because of appointments, we can move it around, and I like that. The people that work there are very nice.

I liked all the caregivers. They were very nice and informed me of a lot of things. They have wonderful personalities, but one stands out as being not good at all. She sat on the porch on her phone all the time. They should just try to use one aide instead of a lot of different ones. It kind of interrupts your care.

I wouldn't know what to do without them, as I just got out of therapy for breaking my foot. I am learning to walk again, and that is hard being 85. I just fell this morning and the caregiver heard me fall as she thought I was sleeping, but I was just watching TV in the other room. So I had to press the button around my neck and even my grocery delivery guy who showed up around that time tried to help me, but we had to get 911 to help me up. I would recommend them more, but they are not paying their caregivers enough. SYNERGY HomeCare has some really good, kind caregivers and they are patient with me as I am 85 years olds.
