The one we liked the most was not available all the days of the week. We had Rochelle and she was good too but not here very much so she did not get the time to build as good of a report. I do not know anyone who I could suggest it to. I liked the one caregiver that was here most often, she is perceptive and could anticipate what she needed and that was really great. I could tell that she cared for other dementia clients and knows what to expect.

The services are helpful because they help Michael so much. He is dying and has pancreatic cancer. They are doing all they can to uplift him every day. It's very painful to be the person to stand back and watch this. Right before we got that news, my sister died. I don't know how I can keep going. Sometimes I want to say, "What are you doing here?" when Mike's had a bad night. People is the last thing you want. I would recommend Touching Hearts at Home because they're very efficient and keep up with you. They find out when something is wrong, and they straighten it out.

When they are here, it is great, but they aren't always here. They provide exercises, showers, help with hygiene, and some housework. The care being provided is inconsistent since they only show up 3 out of the 5 days we are scheduled, so it's hard to recommend them.

I think they’re very good. I think she’s a very nice match for my mother in terms of her personality. I think they do a good job of matching you up with a caregiver.

This is the best of the best as far as care giving. I have been with them about a year now and have yet to complain. My caregiver is fun and also compassionate. I am not happy to have to need the help but am made to feel that I am not a bother so it makes it easy to accept the help that I need. I really needed the help but I guess my pride got in the way. But once I accepted the fact that I needed help it got easier to accept it
