My mother’s caregiver was fantastic. Angelina was always there making sure she did not fall. She was always willing and ready to assist. She also assisted Mom with therapy- walking with her, helping her shower, go to bathroom and making meals. She also helped with light housekeeping duties. Angelina had a great personality. I felt at ease with her being there.

Our family were made promises that the company could not follow through with. We would not have staff show up, and would not get a call or a notification, and then be forced to find care for my parent at the last minute. We were then given a 4 day notice that the company was going to increase the hourly rate, even though their own paperwork stated they would have to to give a 30 day notice. Their reasoning was to help make it easier to staff, but they didn't increase the in home staffs pay.

I enjoy the company of the caretakers, and the office service personnel are so courteous and helpful. I'd recommend Right at Home to anyone!

The care my dad received was great. Our biggest frustration is on the administrative side.After 3 months, my sister still can't get his claims submitted to our insurance for reimbursement. Very frustrating, that's why the lower rating, 2.

Both women from right at Home Yolene and Sheila were very thoughtful and careful with my sister. Also, they both exceeded kindness and gentleness toward her. I am more than pleased to write their recommendation. Right at Home is wonderful.

I considered this agency for care for my aunt who suffers from Alzheimer's Disease. They were very kind and compassionate during a tough process for my family. Ultimately, we were unable to keep her in her home, but if we were then we would have been very glad to have worked with these folks.
