If we hired them because of one person on their staff. It was nice to stick with that person. We are in a small town, so it is hard to have all sorts of people on their payroll, and we needed a more of specific type of person.

One gal knows I like sweet things and brings candy for me and things like that. They help me a great deal, otherwise, I would be alone. They take care of all my of my needs like washing clothes, seeing that I have supplies on hand, and that I get the sleep that I need. The service is very fine. They seem concerned about me. I have no complaints. They see to it that I get regular care. I can depend on them.

They prepared lunches, but the only thing that wasn't good was trying to go into town. It would take so long and I didn't have time. They are really nice people, they are pleasant, and they do everything that I asked them to do.

The caregivers just sat in the room with my loved one while they slept. I asked them to do more than that, but only one of caregivers actually did extra tasks voluntarily. The company is okay. The caregivers come on time.

Right at Home seeks out people that are capable of working with their patients. They took care of my husband who was in dire need of help. They came right over and did it. They knew what they were doing.
