I could not be more pleased with the care that my mother is receiving from Four Seasons Home Care. Hedi and her staff have been amazing. The care givers are professional, compassionate and always there for my mother. We don't know what we would do without these wonderful people. Thank you, Hedi

I recently used Four Seasons Home Care services for about a 3-month period. Navigating my husband from a skilled nursing facility to home care and then from a hospital back to home care with hospice, in both cases required extensive communications, paperwork and coordination. Hedi made my life much easier in both cases as she knew exactly what was required and followed up on details so nothing "fell through the cracks". The girls that she sent to the house were well trained and the ones that attended my husband most frequently were patient, understanding and kept their sense of humour which was necessary as my husband was not an easy patient due to the impact of strokes. In one case, the caregiver alerted me to call the doctor and suggested 911 which turned out to be the right call. She stayed with me throughout this dire moment even though it was past her timeframe to leave. When I had any questions, concerns or scheduling issues, Hedi was always available and addressed the situation efficiently. I highly recommend this company.

Hedi and the staff at Four Seasons Home Care are amazing. I contacted two companies and was not impressed with either, so I contacted one more. I am so glad I did. The owner understood what we were going through since she had the experience of going through it herself and how best to move forward. My mother loves her caregiver. Thank you Hedi for all that you do.

Hedi was very compassionate about our situation. (Mom has Alzheimer’s) We started off with help a couple hours a day, a couple days of the week. As time passed we had close to 24 hour/7 days a week. Our caregivers were like family and it gave me such peace of mind to know my Mom was safe and in a loving environment. They were there to make sure my Mom was bathed, fed, did light housekeeping and most importantly, they were there for companionship. They were always timely and professional.

We went with Four Seasons, and they have been absolutely wonderful. The owners -- a husband and his wife -- spent a lot of time talking to me about what we needed to keep my uncle in a home, and they have worked around our schedules if he has doctors' appointments or if he is not feeling well or whatever it might be. Basically, we have two women coming, and I just cannot tell how happy I have been with them. My uncle is very happy. They take him in for a shower, and obviously the door is closed, but I hear them laughing in there and joking around. When they have extra time, they will be cleaning his room. If he is out in the living room sitting, they'll walk out and say, "How are you doing, do you need anything?" And then, they go right back to cleaning if he says he doesn’t want anything. They have been literally amazing, and I never thought it would be this good. I think it has a lot to do with their owners, and I know the husband is an RN, but they are very caring and compassionate people; they work around your schedule and provide you with really good people. They are licensed, bonded, and insured, and I don’t have any qualms about them being in my house at all. And my uncle is very happy. At 95, his eyes lit up when they walk in the room. In between doing different things to help me out, they spend maybe 10 or15 minutes playing some cards with him, and then he falls asleep, so it is perfect timing. There is nothing I have asked them to do that they haven’t done, and when I ask them to do something, they do it well like cooking, cleaning, bathing him, medication, and whatever it might be. I don’t have to worry about it when they are doing it; it is that easy. I get a break because they are handling stuff.

I was able to get somebody to help my friend out. I talked to about four agencies and decided on Four Seasons. They are really very nice people. All I need is for somebody to be here with him while I run around and get my shopping and banking done. I don’t use them to bathe or clean him or anything like that. All they do is sit with him and help him to the bathroom. They give him lunch, which I make ahead of time. They're babysitting him, which is a great ease on my mind to know that he is taken care of while I am running around doing my shopping and stuff. They are at my beck and call. They come every Thursday, and if I need them another day, they are here on time. They are very good at what they do. When they leave, he tells me how nice they are. I don’t know what exactly their boss expects of them, but whatever they do for me, I really appreciate it. I just want them to pay attention to him until I get home, and I am usually gone 4 to 5 hours. As a matter of fact, one time the one girl couldn’t come, so the owner of the company came. She came and stayed with him until I got home, which I thought was very nice.
