I hired Home Instead to assist my mother, 93 years old, in her home. The process of getting connected was efficient. Raquel interviewed my mother and suggested appropriate care, We had in home service twice a week, 4 hours each day. The caretakers were friendly, hard working and provided the family comfort knowing my mother had help twice a week. I was very impressed by the level of professionalism. The caretakers were honest and trustworthy. I give this company high marks.

Home Instead has been there for the needs of the patient . Ore caretaker Marie is a very caring person, she gets along very well with the patient and we feel that she goes above and beyond with her. she is prompt and goes straight to the patient every day she is here. Marie is very personable and works well with us. Home Instead has been responsive to any questions or requests that we have had. The patient has dementia and can be dificult at times. Marie calms her down and gets her to take her meds and eat. She is a God send to the patien and her family. Marie helps her to shower and use the bathroom.

Home Instead in Attleboro just entered it's 12th year taking care of my Grandfather. He is 94 years old. He will be 95 in May. They cared for him in his home, then when he moved into assisted living, and now they care for him in his nursing home. In the nursing home they are taking him out to lunch once a week and being a companion. My grandfather's life has been greatly touched by the love and care provided to him. He always liked to be active and unfortunately, broke his hip. Home Instead has managed to keep him as active and engaged as possible. Our family is so grateful.

Home Instead took care of my dad for years. They are wonderful. Through Covid there were a couple times they could not staff a shift. They were down lots of caregivers due to Covid. I appreciated not having my dad exposed to Covid-19. We always tried to be understanding and they have taken excellent care of my dad. I’m grateful and will always recommend them in the area (Norton).

I signed up with this company originally for 24 hour service for my father. They made many promises but could not deliver on most of them. They sent inexperienced care givers that couldn't even do simple tasks like food preparation. I had overnight caregivers who would sleep on the job. I had caregivers who could not be left alone with my father or caregivers who were very unreliable and would call out often. Despite all my concerns that I repeated addressed with the office all I got was flimsy excuses and they even tried to make me feel like I was the problem. When they charge you over $30 an hour I think I should have certain expectations. When we were fortunate to have a caregiver that was good it did not last as they would pull that caregiver to fill shifts elsewhere. When we protested they told us they would essentially do as they pleased. The needs of my father were no concern to them. When I asked to speak to the owner I was denied. The office apparently likes to keep things secret and does not like to inform the family of any decisions. I cannot say anything positive or redeeming about Home Instead. I would never, ever recommend them to anyone and if I could give them zero stars I certainly would. Any response to this review from them is just for show as they have never addressed any of our concerns in the time we had them.

I can’t begin to express how happy I have been with Home Instead of Attleboro. Unlike other companies these days they do what they promise and everyone that you have interaction with goes above and beyond and truly cares about helping you with all of your needs. They give you the peace of mind that your family member is being given the care you are unable to provide. I have no regrets and will recommend them to anyone who needs this service.
